45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
Hi
I have been needing a ba since i was 15 as ive never grown...after years of depression and going drs etc i have accepted the fact that I will never get it on NHS. I am so happy that there are other ppl out there completly flat as me...still doesnt make me feel comfortable and im definately going to do my boob job before i start work as a nurse. I am waiting for finance and hoping to get them done before july with rubicon medical dr frati. I went for a few consultations years ago and i was recommended unders 300cc. ive read that unders will make u look smaller so how do u think 400 will suit me? i have hardly any tissue and do not want to look fake and stuck on.

i think at 45kg they will look quite impressive on your frame, but it depends what look youre going for. Unders dont make you look smaller, especially not on a small frame. The only difference will be the ridge at the top of the implant will be smoothed because of the muscle on top,

Hi i had 300CC implants and theyre partial unders due to other problems i had and they look great i was a 36A and now im a full C. with you're small back 300cc will definatley look big enough! having them under will stop them from looking stuck on. your doctor will have chosen this size and placement for a reason, just ask them why and what it'll look like if it was different. they're there to answer all your questions, no matter how silly they sound (i asked mine if i could jump up and down as much as i liked and they wouldnt pop!) and to put your mind at ease. you're paying for it ask what you want!! hope all goes well xx

Thanks. I'm just waiting for finance to come through then I'm going to book a consultation. I've read that dr frati is a very fast talker... Lol that's gonna be a problem for me as I will ask and talk too much. While I was a student nurse I looked after so many breast patients but it's so diff that I'm finally gonna get ut done. Thing is my parents are religious and against this they know how it's affected me... I still dont go out without gel bras can't swim etc. Im nit gonna tell them but it's disrespectful and what if they chuck me out. Gawd! Sorry to go on!

Yay! I have a consultation with dr frati on Sunday to discuss if I'm suitable etc. Lol on the phone they asked if I can cone in with an unpaaded bra... Told the lady I had one when I was 11 which still wouldn't fit me now. I bought a Nike sports crop top Thingy few years ago still has label thatl come in use. OMG I'm so excited!

how tall are you, and what is the look youre going for? Do you want biggg boobies or are you looking for a modest increase?
Id say 300 would look great on your frame, and possibly 400 would too.
Im a 30 band too although im 9/10 kg more than you and have 420s and they dont look massive because i have quite curvy hips. it all depends on your shape and your height too

Re: 45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
I am a very similar size to you. Previously I was a 30aa and weigh about 48kg, 5'1" and dress size 4-6. I am also training to be a nurse in September!!
Anyway, I had 375 extra high profile unders. I am currently a 30F/FF which sounds ginormous but this is because of my small back frame, on a normal sized person, they would be about a D/DD.
They honestly do not look huge at all on me... big yes, huge no. I would def go for the biggest the PS will do. He might not be able to fit 400 into you, especially as you're small, because the skin will be too tight. I breastfed 2 babies so my skin was already stretched so I was lucky in this respect, but there are lots of girls who can only go to around 300cc first time.
Once you've posted abit more and your status changes to active, I'd be more than willing to share some pics with you. xxx

Hey sequinssparkle! Glad to hear you've booked your consultation! It's exciting isn't it :-) I'm a bit of a bigger frame than you but at my consultation my surgeon said he would only use a 340cc implant and he wasnt completely happy with that. As I've never had children and I don't have hardly any fat or tissue on my breasts he said that you would be able to see the implant too much if it was too big. I was a bit dissapointed at first but now I've thought about it, it does make sense. I'll need a re-op in my early thirties no doubt so I'll get a bigger implant then once I've had my kids! When do you think you'll have your op? Xx

Hiya
Thanks for your replies! Well I just want boobs lol I'm just nipples! I want to go for c/d but of course I do nit want them to look stuck on. How do they feel... Are they heavy? When I used to tell my mates they always laughed saying il topple over!
I spoke to a lady at rubicon and she said that ops can be as soon as two weeks! Just gotta get the cash first but il finally have boobies before I start my new career!
I did read somewhere that one cup size is 100cc?
Has anyone gone with rubicon or dr frati?

When I saw him for my first consultation he said I'd probably have partial unders but when I went back a few weeks ago he said I have just enough breast tissue to have overs with a small implant, which I would rather have. My op is booked for the 22nd august, seems like sooooo long away but I have to have it done in the summer holidays! Xxx

Flowergirl- that sounds like a massive size! Comparing an AA cup to
a F! Do you get backache? They look really good though...they look so good in student nurse uniform ul be confident!
Abbie- I'm 5'3 honestly though I just need boobs and wanna feel feminine! I was thinking c or d as my younger sis and mum both d... And I'm the Aa one gosh! I def do not want it looking stuck on. Worried about recovery time etc as currently a care assistant but not on a too heavy ward.
I'm so glad I found this forum...I can't believe there are others who were the same size as me!

Re: 45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
Haha no I don't get backache! They are honestly not that big, I promise! Well, cc is the same as g or ml, so they weigh 375g on each side so not much at all. I can't feel them and they were far heavier when i was breastfeeding and I didn't suffer with backache then. I would personally have a look at what a 30c/d bra looks like if I were you; the cup will be the same as about a 32b/c or a 34a/b, as it's proportionate to your back size. Obviously, if this is what you want then that's fab, but I wish someone had told me this BEFORE I went into my consultation as I thought all cup sizes were the same regardless of back size.
I think that my boobs probably do look a bit fake, because I'm so small, but I'd rather people stare at me wondering if they are real then looking at me and wondering where they are!
I am also a care assistant and found recovery fine. I was back at work after 2 weeks. One word of warning though, at about a month PO, I was changing the sheets of an immobile patient and pulled the sheet underneath her quite hard. I felt an internal stitch pop and it was quite painful, so even though you might feel great, it's worthwhile trying to keep off the really heavy stuff for a bit.
When do you start your nurse training? x

Sounds painful! I've got my final exams next week and hopefully start my job in sept. I'm obsessing about this tho and should just do my exams but I've wanted this for years. Not grown since around twelve and I'm 27 soon I just wanna wear real bras and tops without them falling down!

Ooh yay! So you are very nearly qualified! Congrats! The same with me, it was my impending 27th birthday that made me go for it, I didn't want to be in my 30s and think, I wish I'd done it in my 20s.
Let me know how your consultation goes and like I say, once you are an active member, PM me and I can show you some pics xx

Re: 45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
sequin,
I understand you so well. I was very nearly flat too.
For you frame 300 sounds really good to me. You are small. I had 285cc and I'm a 36 band. That took me to a C ish (at the moment, size may change with time). On your smaller frame, that should work out at probably at least a D if not more.
As long as you go for a reasonable size, it's rare for unders to look stuck on. In clothes especially, they'll look simply stunning.
Go for it! Long before your job starts if possible. You want to start after you are all recovered.
I'm the same age as you and flowergirl, and yes there WAS that age factor, 30 round the corner, and thinking if not now then when!
If you have been delayed because of false promises by the NHS, then I also fully sympathise with you. :(
Let us know what happens with your plans! x

Re: 45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
Hi Girls,
I am measuring 70 cm 28"" under my breast< but the bras i have been buying have always been 32"A.
I am having my ops in two weeks time. My measurement are a follows:
Hight 5.5" (165cm)
Weight 53kg
bra 32A (but now measured under breast in its more like 70cm or 28".
My PS recommended i go for 300cc unders. Reading the thread above i feel that this might be too small as well. I have breastfed two girls so there is a bit of elasticity in my breast by they are flat!! I look like a 12 year old.
The look i am after is natural, but i do want to be a full C or a small D.
Will appreciate any of your views..

Hiya OMG fellow ppl with just nipples lol!
I remember going for a consultation with khan at transform bout five years ago and he recommended 300cc as as wanted to be a c cup. The girls here have advised me that the smaller band u r, the bigger the implant? Double check. Flowergirl and abbey are similar.
Got my first consultation tomorrow with frati at rubicon. I ain't met ppl on here whose been with that company. I'm also going to hmg and the consultation with the ps whose name begins with b on the top of the list on the site sorry cannot remember it lol. Then I have another at Harley medical. For me the main thing is the aftercare service as I'm scared something bad will
Happen but I'm not a negative person lol.
Sorry for going on!

Hey you,
If you are keen on aftercare; i know that My Breast have a very good aftercare policy as well as being very ethical. Consultation with them is £25. You may want to consider... It has to be the right thing for you.

Re: 45kg, 30AA - what size implants for natural look?
I had 360 unders 18 days ago, I'm 5'7 and a size 6-8. I would not have gone any bigger because I think for my frame it would not have been the look I had wanted. I am now (of course no where near d/f) but I am about a 34 DD-E. I had BF my 2 boys for ages lol so had some sagging (now gone) and loose skin I was reluctant to have really big implants but this size is perfect for me. Really discuss it with your surgeon but they can never say the end result I think it's a guessing game and your own physical anatomy :flowers:

Hi JQueen
Many thanks. I am meeting my Surgen onn the 14th so will discuss with him again.
Think will take a picture or two to make sure we are both talking about the same result and look.
I have a picture from nuts but feel a bit uncomfortable taking such photo from such magazine with me.
will need to get over my silliness.

Yettiricey
How are you?
I love your avatar and yours look really natural - from the pics i have seen.
Will discuss size again with PS, may be worth while going up just a bit.
Decided to go at the end with Mr S hamilton from my breast.
Primarily because its in London and could not get in writing confirmation of aftercare from Mr Davison. Theresa did say that if things go wrong in the first year he will pay for it, but nothing in writing so got a bit of cold feet.
I am having mine on the 17th and starting to be a bit scarred.
