Allergan Inspira Vs Nagor
Hi girls,
A bit worried and confused. "My Breast" are working with nagor and dont provide the Allegran natrelle unless you pay extra.
They are both cohisive gel. on the face of it - no big difference. Yet it is a well known fact that natrelle is superior.
PS says they are both equally good; yet Nagor is not FDA approved. This means that there is not long standing research behind them.
My PS said that the people who developed Allegran (in their previous name) are the owners of the Nagor product.
I know it's a persoal choice, but generally is natrelle it worth the investment?
would appreciate any views you have.

Re: Allergan Inspira Vs Nagor
No... Not in my personal opinion, I wouldn't pay extra for Allergan.
Nagor Impleo are just as good as the Allergan Inspiras, as you rightly said they are not FDA approved, however they are British made and therefore have very strict regulation, They seem to be the BAAPs reg surgeons most popular choice of implant from what I've seen here and are concidered a very superior implant sweetness. xx

I agree with cookie. Personally I do not know how good an FDA approval makes the implant, yes they have been tested for years, but in the time it takes for the tests to be concluded technology has moved on and there may be better implants on the market. It costs a lot of money to get FDA approval and a lot of time, which is why only a few implants have it. Allergan only got their naturelle inspira responsive gel implants approved, their other implants are not, but that doesn't mean their other implants are any less as good.
But that is just my opinion.
