Hi, couldn't reply to your PM because I haven't posted enough times and am still a new person! So have to reply on here, hope that's ok.
Surgery went well. I got 200cc in the end. My PS took in three sizes, the largest being 225. My instructions were that I didn't want to be top heavy and wanted them to look as natural as possible, not too wide or high so left it up to him to make that decision on the table! He went for the 200s and I am very happy. An extra 25 is not a lot but when you're small I think it can make a difference. I never wanted big boobs just more than I already had, to fill my clothes out, give me a bit more confidence and to be a full b/small c. I run too so didn't want them getting in the way of that. He understood completely the look I wanted. I gave him loads of pictures of too big, too small, too round etc. I started as a 32a, you don't say what size you already are. If it's any help my stats are:
5ft
6st 12
27" under ribcage 31" around full bust (33" now but may get a bit bigger as they're still tight and sit high)
I got 200cc anatomical (tear drop shape) under the muscle. Pretty sure they were moderate profile.
I could have gone bigger and they still would have looked nice on my frame but they would have been more noticeable and I didn't want that. Any smaller and I guess I would have been disappointed. My PS got it just right. It's very scary beforehand making the decision about size. I would trust your PS's judgement as long as you've made it clear what you're hoping to achieve. You are slightly taller and weigh a little bit more so would need a few extra cc's possibly depending on what size you are starting at. Your frame could easily take 240 though.
My husband goes back to work tomorrow and I have help with the school runs but will be doing everything else. I think I will be able to get by. My 8 year old daughter is very helpful and thinks I've hurt my back. My youngest can do most things herself unless she's being awkward! And my son is super easy. I would say you will need a little extra help as yours are slightly younger and I definitely wouldn't be able to lift a one year old at this stage without worrying about damaging myself! If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. It's hard to find someone with the same stats and in a similar situation with 3 children to quiz!
Good luck!
PS I went with Spire in Brentwood, Essex. A bit more expensive than other companies but couldn't fault them so far and apparently women travel from all over the country for my PS! Luckily I only had to travel 5 mins in the car!
Need to post some more replies so I can PM people!
