Hi unders is under the muscle only really seems to be done on girls with hardly any breast tissue.
overs is over the muscle.
As for the size when you see Mr Khan he will advise the best cc for you, but dont forget to tell him what size you would like to be

Have you already boobked your surgery babe?
Do you have any idea what Mr Khans surhery plans are?
If you haven't already done these things and you're having a 'consultation' at the end of may Mr Khan will go over all these things with you and based on your own body measurements he will decide how many CCs will be needed to achieve the look you'd like.
Taking pictures with you to the consultation of the boobs with the size and shape that you'd like will help your surgeon a great deal when making the decision. Because surgeons work in CCs rather than 'cupsize' I'd advise you throw the 'idea' of a specified cupsize away and focus more on the look your wanting, showing your surgeon from the pics you take with you (the mens mag Nuts is a great place to look for boobs) gives the opportunity to show your surgeon exactly what you want and enables your surgeon to get as close to that as possible.
'Overs' means that the implant will be placed 'over' the muscle.
'Dual plane' are what a lot of people call 'unders' although they really aren't unders at all. Unders are really only used in reconstruction surgery, the dual plane implant lies 'under' the top part of the muscle but is released at bottom, so only the top part of the implant id covered by muscle, this is mostly the placement used when talking about 'unders'.
If you have already booked your surgery and are this confused sweetie, I suggest you book a second consultation so that Mr Khan can again go through the surgey plan with you till both you and Mr Khan are both satisfied that the decisions made are agreeable to you both and that you're happy and confident with what is planned.
Good luck lovely! xx

Not necessarily, the placement of the implant will be determined by the breasts you already have.
If you are very thin or have very little breast tissue then dual plane (unders) will be probably be chosen for you.
If you have enough body fat and breast tissue then overs would probably be chosen for you.
As you've already booked your surgery without seeing your surgeon you need to be extra specially sure about your surgery plan, so if you feel rushed at all whilst having your consultation ensure you tell them that with having your surgery almost right after this consultation you want the time to get everything right so that you can walk away confident that you've covered EVERYTHING!
If you need help with asking questions lovely, you might find the questions from BJSFs consultation notebook helpful to you HERE.
Don't leave till you're 100% happy and confident with the size, placement and surgery plan set for you babe. This so important hun, so no matter what don't rush or be rushed. xx

Re: 32a 5FT 8, 8 STONE HOW BIG DO YOU THINK I COULD GO
well u must be slim, and lovely and tall so your height should mean u cud carry off a bigger size. A D sounds acheivable, but u wont know what size you can have till the surgeon checks you out, as it can all boil down to things like how muchh skin u have, the elasticity etc... good luck babexx

I completely understand your excitement sweetie and this is why I'm stressin how much you need to make sure you have everything covered because being so excited it's so easy for your brain to just cloud over and for you to just sit there and nod away then come out not having a clue what's happening then panic because you're so unsure.
If you think it might help, write everything down you want answers too so you don't forget, remember those pics I mentioned earlier in the thread, these will help lots!
did your boobs all go well for you?
I think I have a nice pair of boobs now, yes.
whats the pain like?
The pain is more like a discomfort, when you wake from your surgery your chest area might feel very heavy, over the next few days you'll experience some swelling which can cause some discomfort, if you dont have a V-Pillow I'd advise you buy one sweetie, it'll help you through your recovery as you have to sit propped up to help the swelling subside for in general about 10 to 14 days. Your first week will be the worst, but after that it does get better every day, you probably wont find it as bad as you might think xx
