You 'should' be fine Jen.
In saying that though, with it being a public area you really should check with your clinic nurse/surgeon to ensure your scars are fully healed and they think mature enough to be using the Spa, just incase they don't feel you're healing has progressed enough hun as you 'may' still be prone to infection if your wounds aren't fully healed. xx

Re: can i swim at 6 WEEKS POST!???
I was able to swim after just 3 weeks with my surgeons blessing and went to Centre Parcs in the pool and jacuzzi at 4 or 5 weeks - I even went down the rapids once but was worried about being bumped into. Be warned swimming isn't very comfortable for quite a few weeks - very tight feeling trying to do breast stroke. Hope your clinic gives you the go ahead for your spa day - it is great when you can show off your new boobs in a swim suit. x

Re: can i swim at 6 WEEKS POST!???
I go away on a family holiday (just in the UK) soon, I'll be 7 weeks post op when I go, but the nurse told me to avoid swimming in public places. She said my scars were healing well, but to avoid it for a while longer, incase of infection. So looks like I'll be sitting on the side while my hubby and kids have fun in the pool

Ooooh glad you posted this topic Jen. Im planning on having my BA in June (Hopefully) so i'll have just about 6 weeks recovery before my Ibiza holiday - i too will want to have a dip in the pool so hopefully i should be ok if your surgeon is saying it was ok. Thanks
