2 weeks post op
Hi Girls, I am two weeks post op and doing well. My right breast is still very sore. It was the smaller of the two originally and I am right handed so it is probarbly not as rested. I am a little worried. When im moving and doing things I feel a click at the bottom of the breast. I had unders. If I need to sneeze I stop myself and if I cough it hurts this boob. My left has absolutley no pain at all but doesnt seem to have dropped as much as the right.
Has anyone else experience this clicking sensation I havent come across it on any other posts.
I am back in the clinic this day week but would love some feedback before then. x

Re: 2 weeks post op
Hi Shell,
Yes, the clicking and gurgling noises are all completely normal. It is just trapped air within the pockets that your implants lie in underneath your pectoral muscles. During the BA, the implants sometimes force air within the pockets around the surrounding tissues.
The noises are benign and should fade away within a couple of weeks, if not days. I had that happen to me and it only lasted for about a week when I was about 2 weeks PO...I'm not that far ahead of you as I'm going on 4 weeks PO, and the clicking/gurgling noises have completely gone away.
Nevertheless, don't worry honey, the sounds you are hearing are all normal and will go away soon. It's just bothersome and troubling to hear all that, I know. :) Gosh, the little things they don't tell you before BA, right!?
I hope you have a great day! Take care.
