Ache/sore boob

Well dont know how its happened but I have awoken this morning with really painful left breast.

I can't remember doing anything unusual yesterday that might of kicked it off.
my baby fell asleep with her head on my arm, on that side yesterday afternoon but I only stayed with her like that for 10 mins then I moved.

Hoping it will pass whatever it is quite quickly

Hi hun, it's quite normal to still have a few aches and pains at this early stage in your recovery. Try and give yourself a rest maybe you did a bit much.

You've been doing a bit of pulling on those boobs and squishin the last few days LOL and it's probably feeling it from that lovely, don't worry you won't do them any harm but they need time to settle, so take it easy for a day or two and leave those baps alone! lol.

Awww thank you for the messages feel a lot better now I have heard from you lovely ladies.

I think when your not in a discomfort you kind of forget you have had an operation at all and just carry on as if you haven't.

So when it comes back and bites you on the back side you go into panic mode.

so glad I have you beauty's to fall on xxxxxxx
