Hey girls, hope you and all your boobies are well. Just a quick question as about to order a macom bra...i measure 30 under boobs (or where they will be lol) and am having 300cc overs. Do i go for a 32 band or 34 to allow for swelling?? How stretchy are they? Dont wana feel crushed by it! Thanks in advance ladies x x x

I'd get both 32 and 34 and then you can take any back that don't fit. Everybody gets different amounts of swelling so you can never know till after the op. I only went up one band size after mine, but i've heard of other going up two, good luck! xx

Hi Kat

I got one of these the other day, im also a 32 and i didnt even think of swelling so brought a 32. It fits lovely now but if i swell alot then i dont think it will be much use to me They do have 3 clips for sizing so maybe get a 34 and then clip it on the tightest band?

They alo look nothing like the pictures they are quite see through and have big poppy out things for your nipples lol!

Hiya,

I realise now (due to alot of girls on here telling me) that i have been wearing the wrong size bra. I had been wearing a 34 and my ribcage measures 29.5... all my swelling has gone down now so should i buy 32's or 30's in a macom?
