Re: July Buddies
So much exciting news. Good luck to those in the next couple of days and happy healing to those just done.
Spent a lovely day wandering around London and celebrating my 11th wedding anniversary. No pain but the tube was a little bumpy for my liking. Loved catching my new profile in shop windows. Got big boobies! X

Glad you feel ok Chrystal, I'm in for the first appointment in the morning... Can't quite comprehend that it's happening TOMORROW!!!! My calming friend is on her way round thank god because my bf hasn't got a clue how to help me chill out...
So i have shirt topped pj's and jogging bottoms with a zip up top to wear home. Got a sports bra and some crop tops although I'm told I won't need them because I'll have a strap... Any other key items that my post-ba gals can recommend please??
Xx

Re: July Buddies
Evening ladies... It's been a long day!! Op went great, luckily I was in at 8am so no waiting around. Loving my boobies - he did a fantastic job although I'm due my next painkillers which couldn't come quickly enough. I've only had 3 lots of paracetamol since 10am though.
Feeling very heavy on my chest and my chest and shoulders ache a bit but I'm ok. Been a bit poorly from the anesthetic today so havent managed to keep much down but I keep trying to eat small, plain things. My lovely bf brought in Angel cake which was by far the best thing I've eaten ;-) ha!
Dr thinks I'll be a good DD once the swelling goes down but other than strips over my incisions I've been 'hanging free' all day in my lovely gown and paper pants - it's felt amazing!! Just put a soft stretchy boob tube on which feels nice for sleeping in.
Amyjane I want to wish you lots of luck for tomorrow - it's such a relief once they're done and they look fab!! Message over any questions that you have. Trust me when I tell you that it's all ok and the pain is totally manageable.

Gosh Lucy, I am sorry to hear this. I can't say that I had this happen to help you at all. From the sounds of it though, it sure sounds it needs to be brought to your PS attention sooner rather than later! Don't take chances! Wish I could help more and that you're feeling better soon!

Re: July Buddies
Morning, I've decided that the bk pain is due to laying at silly angles for so much time during the day. I've woken up feeling better and very pleased to get up from my bed if I'm honest... My legs want to be active today but my boulders aren't quite ready yet - can't believe how solid and heavy they feel still. I'm dying to try some stuff on but can't quite get my arms up high enough yet.
It's funny how when I'm home alone I am capable of a lot more than when my bf arrives home from work and won't allow me to do anything! He did ask me last night how I do so many things at once - I reasured him that the female brain has an extra part which men don't have! Ha ha!
God I cant wait for the achey to stop now... It's boring me! ;-) x

Re: July Buddies
I'm 4 weeks post op today and I'm not in any pain. Like others, my nipples are sensitive and I have spots on my chest too.
I wish I went bigger as I'm only a small c and I really wanted to be a d or DD as it doesn't even look like I've had it done.
Does anyone think it is possible to go better in a year time as I am nit happy with the size. I think I will have to go back to padded bras again

Re: July Buddies
3 weeks now and no pain. Scars are healing beautifully. Can't wait to get out of the sports bras and into something a little less bulky.
Davina123 - no idea about reops. Sorry you're not happy. I was worried that mine would be too big but so glad I went for the 460s. I am sure the lovely ladies on here will give you lots of good advice.
