Re: June Buddies
I've written my diary! Bit of an essay sorry, but feel free to have a read or just a quick skim if anyone is interested. Thanks again for all the well wishes! It's such an exciting process and hope everyone enjoys every moment of their journey!

Cant wait to go and read your story i have got my cuppa at the ready.
I cant believe i get my new assets on Saturday it just seems like its unreal. I have all the same doubts and worries as everyone and its so reassuring reading the BA stories and calms me down.
I keep thinking about the GA and not waking up and not looking forward to kissing my babies goodbye tomorrow afternoon - i need to get a grip and stop thinking so negative but its so natural when you have family and you think "what if".

Hi girls,
I've got 10 days to go! I'm both super excited & super scared at the prospect of it - not so much the surgery (I'm not worried about that) but the recovery part! I'm having partial unders & I hope it's not going to be to bad!
How is everyone else feeling? Can't believe we're onto day 11 of the month already!!

Jen, I'm very excited too!! I have 2 children (4&2) so I'm just a bit worried about recovery afterwards you know?! I'm sure it'll be fine but I can't help wondering how long it's going to take to get back to 'normal'?
Can't believe you've only got 5 days to go! Eeek! These last few days seem to be dragging on!...

Re: June Buddies
4 and 2, bless, Boys or girls or a mix???
I have a 6 year old (the cheeky monkey in the pic) and thankfully she is little miss independent so hoping I won't have to carry her to much etc. I think the recovery for overs (what i'm having) is quicker than under's so i'm guess Partials must be somewhere in the middle.
Hopefully you won't have to do to much lifting and carrying ot the children. Do they go to nursery or is there someone that can help you for the first few weeks??
Just think 10 days will fly by, i can't wait until Thursday so excited and strangely not nervous..........??

Re: June Buddies
I cant wait i am having mine on Friday... and will try and get as busy as I can; so time will fly by.
Like you Chan i am not at all worried about the op itself but really
1. worried they will not look natural or be too small.
2. Worried about recovery. I have two girls 7 and 5. On the Sunday just over a week after op, my 5 year old is having a B'day. I am doing a big party so will need to be in a good place and functional.
I am divorced and my mum and dad are flying over to help me. i am so grateful to them.
I guess my main worry is that i will not like the result.
Best

Re: June Buddies
2 girls! One is at preschool but the other is at home with me full time still. Thankfully I've got help for the first 2 weeks (parents & hubby) so hopefully that will get me over the worst part. My 4 year old is very independent so won't be a problem & my 2 year old doesn't really need lifting anymore, just 'restraining' iykwim?! The recovery for partials on here seems quite mixed - some ladies don't seem to have had much pain & others have had a lot. I hope I will be one of the lucky ones!
I'm sure you'll be totes fine jen, what with overs & a grown up 6 year old to help mummy reach things! No wonder you're so excited - Thurs will be here so soon!

Re: June Buddies
Nemi, sizing is so difficult isn't it? What size are you hoping to be? I'm the same size as you currently (32aa) & I'm having 240cc partials - hoping to be a full B cup x

Re: June Buddies
Hi Chan,
I am having 300cc; partial under. This is what my PS suggested will be best for a natural look with my body frame. We didn't discuss cup sizes primarily as it means nothing to me. Never had breast, so for the life of me, i don't know the difference between B and C and D. Other than that one is bigger than the other.; but what it actually looks like I don't know.
Funny enough, when PS asked me and i said i cant think in cup size he laughed and said he thought the whole cup size was confusing, not appropriate and misleading.
Probably why i am scared about this.. i want them big enough to feel that i have breast but not too big that they look unnatural.
I know i am not making sense; probably part of the problem.

Re: June Buddies
I think listening to your ps is a very good idea - cup sizing is really confusing, especially as one cup size can look totally different on different women depending on torso size, height etc! 3
00cc sounds good, I thought about getting 270cc but I think they might be a bit big for me? If you trust your ps (which I'm sure you do!!) then I would go with him!
Are you super excited now?? X

Am totally excited. its like life is on hold until 6 week post op.
I do trust my PS. I could have done it cheaper else where but liked him so much that decided to pay extra.
What is your body size weight etc? are you having round implants?

Re: June Buddies
Yes I think this is one of those choices whereby it is wiser not to go cheaper but trust your instinct & pay more if necessary!
I'm 5'7", 56kgs & after breastfeeding my 2 children my large size a/small b boobs disappeared So I'm aiming to boost my 32aa's back to their former curviness! My ps recommended round partials as I'm quite skinny & don't have much breast tissue (sob!). I'm going for moderate profiles also.
What about you hun? Are you going under/over? How tall are you? X

Sounds like we are about the same.
I am 5'6" and weigh 53kg. I am going for round partially under and moderate.
I breastfed for 6 months each baby so have a bit of skin, but i never actually had any real breast.
So am really really looking forward to it.

Wow, we are similar!
Ok, please come back after your op & let me know that it's all ok! You are going to be going through everything a few days before me so I may bombard you with questions! Please feel free to ignore me!
The countdown is on!...

Hey girls,
Are you staying in overnight after your op? If so, what are you packing?! I'm trying to do a list & don't want to miss anything out. So far I've got:
Dressing gown
Slippers
Toiletries
Pj's
Underwear
iPad (for tv watching purposes!)
Magazines
Pillow (for journey home)
Eye mask & ear plugs (so I can sleep!)
Have I missed anything?
Also, are any you buying support bras pre-op or are you waiting til afterwards?

Jogging bottoms & zip up top

Hi Chanhassen,
I think you have most things covered, I don have some anti bacterial body wash for pre op washing and a v pillow, I also have button up night shirts.
I have bought some level 4 shock absorber bras for the post op but my PCC suggested what to get.
Only 8 days to go, u must be excited?
