Need advice on my size..
Ok, so I did the "rice test". I know that it isnt exactly accurate BUT its better than water balloons Everyone I talk to.. my mom, friends, hubby etc say that I am too small to get BIG boobs.. I am hoping to get a full 34D and I personally dont think it is too big.. But of course listening to them all the time I have my doubts. I have my BA on the 26th and the plan is 400cc silicone overs.. I told my doctor I would like to go bigger but he orignally suggested I go 365cc.. He seems to think I can't go any bigger.. I dont see why not! I breastfed 3 children and my boobs were once a 34D so logically it seems like they have been stretched out enough I dont know why I wouldnt be able to achieve that again..
So anyways.. I did the rice bags at 475cc and I LOVED the way they looked and couldnt imagine going any smaller.. its hard to say tho since its not 100% accurate..
I have taken some pictures and I wanted to know what you ladies think.. I have my nasty "before" pictures as well so they arent for people with weak stomachs lol
So a little about me.. I am 5'4 and 107lbs.. about 7.6 stone I think?
I wanna know if you ladies think I am going to big or should go bigger/smaller etc.
Any feedback will be appreciated! Thanks

Re: Need advice on my size..
My advice honey: it's YOUR body. Not your husband's. Not your parents'. Not your friends'. The only opinions that matter in this decision are yours and that of your surgeon.
I say, if you love the 475, go for it! My only concern would be if your surgeon had a reservation. There is such as thing as too big an implant. Your surgeon isn't just making stuff up when he says he can only go so big - he has to work within your chest walls, and your breast width. My implants are a couple centimeters wider than my breast width, but my surgeon was confident they would work well, and they turned out great. But I let HIM make that call, and if I had wanted moderate profiles, there is no way they ever would have fit and I would have had to make an adjustment in profile or cc's. Bottom line is trust your surgeon. If he says a certain size is the biggest, trust him (or get a second opinion, then trust him). If you want to go bigger, ask him and let him tell you what he thinks and why he thinks it, then weigh out your options. And remember, the larger the implant, the greater your risk of sagging and needing a lift (re-op) down the line, implant displacement, back aches to name a few. There are all kinds of risks associated with the surgery, no matter the implant size, so arm yourself with knowledge and go with your surgeon's advice. Make sure you know EXACTLY what you want before you undergo the surgery. This is a HUGE decision you are making, altering your body's shape forever and adding a part to your body (cause the implants will become part of you). Don't settle for anything less that what you really want, Love.
Kisses! You'll get it right. Xxxxxxx

Re: Need advice on my size..
The deciding factor for the surgeon Hun will be the width of the implant, if they are too wide for your frame there can be complications like 'mono-boob' were the implants meet in the middle, not good! A good indication is to measure your breast width diameter and check out the implant catalouge section of this website to see what width your desired implant is. There is a chance you could get volume you want from a different brand implant but may have to choose a different clinic as some only offer certain brands.
Just a thought after all it is worth getting this 100% right x

Re: Need advice on my size..
i think if you were a d cup before, then why the hell cant you go back?? try not to take on advice off you family, because for them, its something mayb scary or sumthn thyere unsure about, so the less change to yo the bettr! I was a34dd/e cup and all my sisters and friends dont think i should go biggr, tho wen i was that size i remmebr thinking i wish i was a little bigger!
Basicslly, DO what you think is right, follow your gut insticnt, its a lot of money to spend. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon hun.
Good luck! also, wud it be possible to take a peak at you pics?? thanks!!

Re: Need advice on my size..
Are you sure you are a 34 band hun, cause in your pic you look tiny. I would think if you dont agree with the surgeon, maybe try a few others and see what they all say, if they all think that's the biggest you can go then I would take their advice.
Re: Need advice on my size..
I would follow your surgeons advice. I went up to a 34E when i was pregnant with my girls and my surgeon said he would try and get me back to that but am no where near. However since my implants went in i now have a degree of sagging that couldnt be noticed before the ba. If i put larger implants in i would end up worse.
Tell you surgeon how you feel and what you want, show him pictures of the look you would like. its hard for them to guess by sizes but they can get a better idea from pictures. And remember one womans 34d might look huge but another's 34d might look alot smaller and different x

Re: Need advice on my size..
Thanks everyone! I know to listen to my surgeon im just so scared im going to go through with this and then feel like im still small :-( Maybe I have boobie greed lol
I wear a 34 bra but my ps said I should be in a 32.. I originally was hoping to get saline unders but he said there was no way with the width of my chest. He said my boobs would bulge out the sides.. So Im going high profile overs.. Im still worried they will stick to far out my sides and im going to look like I have dinner rolls .. The rice bags helped.. I can't wait until I can just be done with the anticipation!! I trust my dr and I know I will love them..especially from what I look like now!
