Re: high profile 380cc unders?????
Congratulations on booking.
No they shouldn't look different being under the muscle, it just means that placement will give you the most natural result for you.
Implants come in extra high, high, medium and low profiles here is an example:
as you can see the low profiles are wider and flatter and the high profiles have less width and more projection.
Did you try on the implants? to be honest 20cc is very little difference, so your result would be the same size whatever implant you choose. I would think you would get your DD's with those sizes.

If you look at all the avatars of ladies who have had their boob jobs done you'd be hard pressed to know who'd had which placement sweetness - They all look the same.

As you can see from the pic misf1 left, the higher the profile, the narrower the implant. As you're only a 32 band you're obviously quite slim so a narrow implant would be needed, this would be why the high profile has been chosen hun.

I believe size does matter, even down to the smallest of CCs, if it didn't, why bother making 'em in different sizes?
If you've come away with doubts hun, then I'd advise you book yourself a second consultation to ensure you're 100% happy NOW that what has been discussed for your surgery is what you want and that both yourself and your surgeon are in agreement. Second consultations are very common sweetie and they help to put your mind at rest - Usually on the first consultation you're far too excited to take everything in.
If you need more help then take in pics of boobs that you like the size and shape of. Your surgeon works in volume, so 'seeing' what you want gives them a better idea to help them give you as close as possible the look you're hoping for. xx

Hi jodie,
I was a 32b and had 420cc high profile unders 9 days ago and am currently measuring around a DD although they are changing every day and have definitely gotten bigger in the last few days, however I still have the dreaded boob greed! So with your similar stats and implant size I would say you will probably be the same as me with your DD's but I would defo go for the bigger one.
Good luck! :)

Re: high profile 380cc unders?????
I have go to give misf props for the awesome diameter she inserted! And Cookie is absolutely spot-on, so I just wanted to add: I am close to your size (5'6, 32A pre-op) and had 400 cc High Profiles. You do need the high profile because of the size of your ribcage (as it was, my implants still exceeded my breast width, but not by too much), and so the projection is outward. I am at a D right now, and you are starting at a B, so you have more breast tissue than I started out with. I think you're making a good decision, and as always trust your surgeon! I trusted mine and am so glad I did.
Boob greed will always hit. So do your research beforehand! Sometimes I think I could have gone bigger, but not when I am looking in the mirror! Just something to think about.
Good luck! Kisses! Xxxxxxx

Re: high profile 380cc unders?????
I had 375 extra high profile unders and am currently wearing a 30E sportsbra. I was originally a 30AA, so I think that this will def bring you to a DD.
As other girls have explained, I've had the extra high implants because I'm very narrow. Don't have much side boob to be honest which is a bit disappointing as I like a bit of side boobage but once they've settled I'm expecting them to project out the front quite a lot.
