Re-op Friday 8th April
Well I have less than a week to go before my revision surgery on my wonky right boob. Feeling quite nervous (not looking forward to the recovery) but seeing as it's a day case I'm hoping I'll be okay to be back at work the following Monday (I have a desk job).

Re: Re-op Friday 8th April
I am well into week two of recovery from a day surgery re-op, it's been completely different this time around. Felt a bit rubbish for a couple of days as usual after anaesthetic, but stopped painkillers much quicker, bit sore but nothing like last time at all. Took it easy but only cos I was told to by surgeon, not because I felt bad. Absolutely fine now. Good luck for your re-op! x

Just saw this.... How are you feeling now? You re-op was yesterday (for me, but it was two days ago across the ocean - smile). Hope it went smoothly and you are healing and resting up now. Xxxxx

Re: Re-op Friday 8th April
Hi girls
I had the op on Friday and it all went well. Went home on Friday evening and was fine. Have had a fairly normal weekend apart from getting hubby to do the hoovering and change the beds. Don't need painkillers which is a big change from first time round when I needed pain relief every 4 hours for about 3 weeks. I just feel slightly stiff under my arm and my breast aches first thing in the morning when I get up but other than that I feel fine.
Looks as though it's in the right place this time as well, hurrah! Only problem is that now my right boob is all puffed up and swollen again when my right one has settled. Went out on Saturday and bought chicken fillets (didn't think I'd be needing them after implants!) to put in my left bra so that it doesn't look smaller and lower while the right one settles.
Seeing the consultant on Saturday to have my dressings taken off (well really it's like masking tape) and hopefullyall will be well x
