Awwww Kimmy27 ...
No worries for haivng a bit of a whine. I had an emotional breakdown last night myself so I will pull it together for you on here. It's crazy how fast your boobie-greed kicked in. You will definitely have changes to your new additions over the next couple months. As things relax around the implant they should fluff a little soon. 360's are a decent size so you definitely will have a difference. It's hard to judge so soon.
I dont' know why you have to wait so long to get the dressings off. Have you been back to Transform since your BA day? I will have my 2nd follow up appointment on Sunday. It was supposed to be today but they called and asked if I was okay to change it because they are super busy today. I was fine with it. Truthfully, I didn't want to get out of the house today anyway. I'm in Canada so I'm at a different place than you but I would maybe give them a shout & ask why it's so late. I noticed most of the march girls have had their dressings off 1 week post op.
I hope you feel better. I'm sure someone who had theirs done at transform will let you know their opinion on it too. Best of luck hun. :console: There are a few of us in the same boat as you so don't worry about sharing your boobie blues.

Well that's good that you can take them off but I totally understand being nervous taking them off too .... grrrr frustrating! Maybe do a post asking if anyone has removed their own stitches!? You will probably definitely want some polysporin to keep it clean and not infected. My nurse gave me a tip of cutting a panty liner in half and putting it in my bra (I really thought this surgery was so I could stop stuffing my bra .... but okay....) ... Anyway, she said this will absorb extra polysporin so I won't ruin my bras as soon as I put them on over the stuff.
I hope my apt goes well Sunday too. I think I am supposed to be massaging these girls but I am having a hard time bringing myself to do it. They are so tender. I know it's going to help it tho. Do you know how long we massage for? The nurse showed me some 'moves' and said to hold for 15 seconds but do I do it over a 15 minute period a few time a day??

Re: 8 days post op and feeling the booby blues :(
Hey- I had 360 unders and I had major boob greed and the boobie blues as well at first. I would look down at my chest and want to cry because I didn't feel they were big enough. I would tell people and they would say I was crazy. One thing that helped me was trying on one of my old bathing suit tops. It didn't fit, it was way too small! Also, taking and looking at pictures of my progress.

I had my op with transform and was told to leave my dressings on until my post op apointment at 13 days. Dont worry they just keep all the germs out and it's fine to keep them on, they are put on in sterile conditions so no germs can get in.
Re: 8 days post op and feeling the booby blues :(
I was the same as misf1. I had to have another dressing put on as one scar wasn't fully sealed. Whatever you do don't take it off without the express permission from your nurse.
We all get the blues after the op. it's a combination of the meds, the GA and the fact you can't sleep properly or get into routine.
Just rest and relax, don't do too much and enjoy the time off!
