The spire is a good chain as the surgeons work for both the NHS and the private sector and that makes them the saftest surgeons, thats why they charge more than the other companies. cos places like transform and mya have foreign doctors who kind of sub contract for them. i got told this by solicitor as i got scared by ipl treatment and have a case going at the moment ans they said when choosing a surgeon go for one that also works for the nhs as you know they are defo board approved. xx

I'm still trying to convince myself that 200cc is a good size for me xx
