Hi

Do you think my surgeon will let me have copies of his before photos - my first op is tomorrow and I forgot to take any decent before photos and am very annoyed at myself.

Has anyone else asked their surgeon for them?

(Stupid thing to worry about I know, but if it takes my mind of how frickin petrified I am, I'm not complaining)

I asked mine cos I lost my pics when my laptop broke! He's waiting until I'm 5 months post op to take some settled after shots and then I'll be able to have copies of them all. They are pics of your boobs so I'm sure it'll be fine!

I'm sure they won't mind. they're usually kept in your file so shouldn't be too much hassle.

I wanted to ask my surgeon for copies too and I forgot when I saw him last. I am sure they will, after all it's your body!

I'll ask him next time then. I forgot to ask him last night before he DID MY OP!!!!

This was just a first for tissue expander on one side but it seems to have gone well and it doesn't look too weird :) I was worried it would look terrible as its about stretching things for now rather than looking good.But it looks ok!

Will post more when I'm back home, this hospital keyboard is a bit rubbish x

Woooo! I hope when you've had your op completed you can chose a new username ;) I must tell you that everytime my 2 yr old watches big & small I giggle (but in a nice way) thinking about our boobs! xxxx

i went through MYA and they said if i want a copy of my pre ba pics i just have to ask and sign for them

wavey hope everything went ok..... yeah, i have a copy of my before and after pics..... think they were 5 days before and 10 days after, i just asked the nurse at my 10 day check as she took a set of me before and after as well.....
