Re: What profile?
I'm getting my first BA and was worried about this also. But theres such little difference when you actually look at the sizes in the catalog, so i wouldn't get too worried. I'd suggest high profiles if you want to see a difference in projection, moderate plus might not provide enough and you may end up being disappointed. And because you're going for a big implant, you won't have to compromise much on diameter to get the projection you want. Hope that helps! xxxxx

Re: What profile?
I think there is a big difference between the 375cc and 600cc, I would find out what make implants you have and what make implants you are having then you will be able to see how much more projection there is on the new implant. What does your surgeon reccomend. What is the measurement for your band size (measurement around your ribs)?
Re: What profile?
I like high profile, but it depends on you, maybe your PS will let you try on sizers to see what the difference on you would be.???

Re: What profile?
You need to have a chat with your PS hunnie, he should be able to advise you. I know it's all quite confusing.... but you need reassurance before you can make a decision.

Re: What profile?
Thanks ladies I made a second appointment for the 21st. My PS doesnt like HP, he likes the more natural look. Which I have now, I must say he did a great job, but this time around I don't want to be dissapointed. I spoke with a nurse at his office and she said go with what you like, not with what he likes. I think I am going with 600cc HP. They will prob. be huge, but at least I wont be dissapointed this time. I was a 34a now a 34 small c. I hope I get to a small DD what do you ladies think?

Re: What profile?
I think it depends on what make implants you are having as some come in low, moderate, mod plus and high and some come in low, mod, high and extra high.
If I were you I would find out the style implant you are havng and check out the measurments from their brochure. Mine are moderate allergans but i noticed this is the equivalent to low profile in another brand. When I get mine replaced in a few years I am going to go with whatever the next projection up is as I don't want them to look too fake.

Re: What profile?
def do what you want though, not his personal preference, bc he isnt the one living with them, hes just the one putting them in for you.... he isnt going to redo them for free if it isnt quite what you wanted...

Re: What profile?
I would take his advice, but ask what other options there are. A good surgeon will have a few options for you to get the best result then let you choose which option to take.
As has been mentioned, it really does depend on make of the implant, so ask what implants he uses and get the brochure to compare.

I agree with Roxychick hun, hopefully he'll have some options for you to consider. Good luck with your decision babes and keep us posted after your next appointment with him. xx
