No hun one wont have popped. It's normal to worry, we've not experienced it before so have no idea whats normal, how we're supposed to feel or how they're supposed to look during the healing stages. Plus we're so worried about infections and complications that any change makes us paranoid that the boobs we've always wanted are going to go wrong. It's normal for them to look a bit odd for a while, think of it as two different operations done at the same time, one can heal quicker than the other, they do even out though.

If you are going to get CC you can get it at any time but the first signs will not show until after 3 months after surgery as you body needs time to form the capsule around the implant, we all have this capsule but in cases of CC the capsule becomes hard and depending on the Grade of CC can become painful and distort the breast shape. It's not what has happened for you, what you are experiencing is normal. Some signs of rupture are in, burning, tingling, swelling, numbness or redness in the affected breast
■Hard knots or lumps surrounding the implant or in the armpit
■Change in breast size or distorted breast shape
■Softening or hardening of the breast
But as you are so early post op it is normal for your boobs to be hard, burning or hot sensations, breast size to change, numbness, lumpy scars, strange breast shape etc so it would be difficult to tell. Unfortunatly there aren't always any signs of a rupture and it would need to be confirmed with procedures such as an MRI.
I promise what you are experienceing is totally normal for this early post op and I totally understand it's a worrying time. But it is good to know the signs for later down the line when everything has settled and then a change would be worrying and would need to be looked into. It is a long healing process of a year and it really does take that long for everything to fully heal. It does go quickly though.
