Re: Hotels near highgate?????
Iv heard the Winchester is fairly reasonable (nothing luxorious but hey its only for a night)....£50 a night i think, there is also a holiday inn or something simular near by to I remember passing it on wayto Highgate. Would not recommend the place my mum stayed in, very expensive and c**p.

Re: Hotels near highgate?????
i was at highgate last month-was soo nice there, much nicer than i imagined it to be, my mum &dad came with me &were allowed to stay all day ringing the kitchen ferom my room whenever they wanted tea/coffee &they could order lunch/ dinner from the kitchen too which was lots cheaper than eating out in the local pub / cafes, the staff were lovely aswel. We went down the night before my op & all stayed at the Express by Holiday Inn, then my parents stayed there again the next night when i had to stay in hospital. It was a nice little hotel &there staff were really helpful &friendly too!
The hotel address is 5 mins away from Highgate hospital:
Express By Holiday Inn
58 REGENTS PARK ROAD
LONDON, N3 3JN
ENGLAND
0871 423 4876
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] £60 for two adults sharing.
It cost £7 for a taxi to the hospital from there ;)
Good luck xx

Re: Hotels near highgate?????
hi, i was originally booked in with Mr Malik at HMG too and should have been having it doen at highgate before i changed to another surgeon/company, but i definitely got given a list of about 12 b&bs / hotels from right across the price range that HMG gave me when I booked. If you havn't booked anywhere to stay yet, i would call them and ask them to provide you with the list as it was very informative and had a big choice of places to stay xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
