One boob bigger than the other
Hi,
Ive had my initial consultation and I have one boob bigger than the other but the bigger is slightly more droopier than the other. The surgeon suggested putting a bigger implant 340 in the smaller boob and a smaller size implant 280 in the bigger boob as I want them evened out mostly with of course them being a it bigger. Do you think this will make the slightly droopy one even more droopy and I should prob have an uplift or do you think it will be ok with a smaller implant?

Did you ask your PS this babes? Did he mention an uplift? Mine where both droopy and i didnt need an uplift, it was just lack of volume.

Re: One boob bigger than the other
My boobs were different sizes and shapes, the bigger one was more droopy. I just had different size implants and mine turned out fine. They was only little little to start with though

Re: One boob bigger than the other
Amie-I also had one bigger and droopier than the other. One was always bigger, and each time I nursed a baby (I have 2 ) the bigger one got even bigger, and droopier-LOL-YUCK! Anyway-I got 400CC in biggerer one and 420CC in smaller one-Now they are pretty evenly sized, although if I were to zoom in on each with a pic, then shuffle them up, I can still tell which is which by the shape-but that is tru of ANY boobs-BUT-No more droopies! AT ALL!!
I like Jolene lost volume, and my PS-fixed that right up. I do suppose certain women need lift, depending on the amount of sag, although my cousin (who referred me to my PS), had SEVERE sagging, from having HUGE boobs after gaining 120lbs with her kids-She lost all the weight, and also lost most of her boob volume, and they looked like socks with rocks at the bottom-
She did not get a lift, but rather had a "bi-planar" technique BA done (also referred to as dual-plane). It is regarding the position of the pocket. I also had this done-it is supposed to help lift sagging, by giving the appearance of a lift-the only catch is you must go as big or bigger than you were at your fullest volume! Hope this helps-, and I am sure your PS will set you up with the best option for you, and would not allow you to leave with bigger saggier boobies! Just let him know of your concerns up front, and perhaps ask about that technique I mentioned also (if you want)-Chin up, you;re gonna look beautiful- :good: XX

Re: One boob bigger than the other
Ah thanks girlies thats really helpful and makes me feel bettter. My friends always say looking at my boobs now they cannot tell unless they look closely so they cant be that bad. My boobs are 34 big B/C so looking to have the 340 in the smaller boob and then the 280 in the bigger boob over the muscle so hopefully this will give the volume. My surgeon did mention the uplift but not necessary at the moment maybe down the line and also said the smaller boob may come out higher than the other but once its healed etc should go down. Do you think that will be ok? xx

Re: One boob bigger than the other
Amie-my smaller boob was also higher than my bigger boob, and my PS said it was because it got more CC's in it, it was tighter etc etc. It also had a funny flattened look to it, and actually looked quite ugly-although in my pics you cannot see this-from my view (above looking down at boobs) it looked terrible! Whilst of course my bigger boob, looked great from the begining. Based on the amount of CC difference your PS suggested, it seems you have more asymmetry than I did-BUT-That does not matter, as MANY, MANY women on here and at my own PS's office, have sought after a BA to achieve symmetry-and have done it! My PS did explain to me that both boobs would NEVER look exactly the same, but that girls that get obsessed with making this happen, end up with an un- natural look anyway-Think of it this way-your PS, WILL make your boobs the same size, and make your sagging disapear- BUT-This does not mean they will look THE SAME-They will still have subtle differences in shape, areola size, nipple size/shape etc etc...But that's okay, because they are supposed to look a little different-spend some time looking at boobies, and I am sure you notice this! And don't stress about how one boobie may heal better than another right after BA, as my PS said so elequently: "If you had surgery on both hands, they probably would not swell, scab, and heal the same. Yet its funny how women always want to know why their boobs are healing differently. They tend to think of boobs as a unit, when in fact , they are two seperate breasts"! LOL-
