Just wondering what you all do for work and how long you took off work after your BA. Also, does your surgeon give you a 'dr.'s note' to be put off for a certain length of time (ex. here i will need a doctrs note to have my wages apid while off for medical reasons) Please let me know as Im very curious the average time before back to work and types of work you returned to. Thanks :)

I booked a week's holiday after my ba. I'm a legal secretary. I could have gone back after a week but decided to take another week off as a few days before I was due to go back I still had some discomfort. As I only took the second week as sick I self certified. What job do you do?

Hiya,

I just took 2 weeks leave but one would have been enough! I know a lot of doctors won't give you a note for private BA but I guess you could always try!?

I do technical support over the phone, sit at my desk for 10 hrs at a time... so wondering how long from that I need off. I also clean houses on the side, so I know time off for that willbe different, because its more physical, vacuuming etc, so wondering how long I am looking at before being able to return to that. Thanks Girls, much appreciated.
