How big is too big??
I know this is a really tough question, and totally down to personal preference... but I guess I am asking for opinions here...
Do you think that bigger boobs look better on girls with bigger hips/fuller frame... If someone is very skinny, with no hips, does it look better to keep the boobs in proportion with the body?? Or does it actually help to have your boobies a bit bigger because it gives you a bit of curve??
Like I said, I know it's personal taste... but I'm just trying to figure out whether a little bit of something is better than nothing if it's in proportion, or whether my 360 rice boobies actually might improve my appearance by giving me some girly curves...
(They look MASSIVE compared to what I normally look like and I can't believe the difference between them and 295 rice boobies!)
I just feel a bit... :boobstick: :boobstick: :boobstick: with these rice boobs in but I've heard lots of you say that you get used to them really quickly... does anyone have big boobs with no hips and think it's actually better??

Re: How big is too big??
I am a very curvy girl, big hips, little waist and new big boobs! Although I'm a size 10 I'm still considered overweight (BMI crap) by at least half a stone but I know if I lost that my hips would shrink and I personally would feel top heavy. Your surgeon will be able to advise you on what size would best suit your frame but at the end of the day it's your body and your boobies (to be) and you have to do what you feel will work for you. No point paying all that money for them not to be YOUR dream boobs! X

Re: How big is too big??
Hi LL, yes I am slim hipped (I can easily get into a size 8 pair of low rise jeans, but normally a size 10/12 in tops or dresses). I went to a DD cup and feel much better for it as I definitely feel curvier.
I don't think the rice test gives you a really good idea of how you'll look once you have the implants - if anything the rice test overemphasises what you will look like with the implants (especially so if you are having unders)
Also don't forget that you have spent years looking down at much smaller boobies and you are very used to the weight of them and hence the balance of your body - so to accept how you look with larger boobies takes a few days to get used to, not just a few minutes However it really is amazing how quickly you get accustomed to the new size and go from YAY!!! to wondering if you should have gone bigger (if that is possible for the individual).
Just my point of view though hunnie
xx.

Re: How big is too big??
Hi LL
I am 5ft 7in and weigh 8st, so I am quite thin, I wear size 6 jeans and had no boobs after having 3 kids, I went straight up and down like an ironing board,no curves. I had 285 & 310 overs put in and am now a 32DD/E. My boobs looked massive at first but now the are dropping and fluffing they look great, people have said I don't look as thin now I have boobs, I definitely feel curvier.

Re: How big is too big??
I think when a person is straight up and down whether they are slim or not slim huge boobs on top definitely looks top heavy...however I base my judgement on DD being a nice average size, but then maybe some people prefer that look or can carry it off.....each to their own lol

Re: How big is too big??
In answer to your question LL, and after seeing your pics (and knowing you want natural looking boobs that aren't too huge, I honestly think you'd be really chuffed with a pair of DD's (which I think you might get with the larger size). They honestly don't look as big as they sound (especially when clothed) and with anatomical unders, they'll be smaller than the rice boobies look too!
Hope that helps a bit?

Re: How big is too big??
Thanks for your replies girlies... everything I read, and everywhere I go, people always say "they aren't as big as you'd think" and "I wish I was a little bit bigger"... I think I've yet to hear anyone say "I wish a was a little bit smaller"... so I guess I should most definitely take the very obvious hint and be a little bit brave...
The answer would seem to be that boobs can definitely add curve, as long as they aren't "too big" for your frame... and those of you who've seen my pics all agreed that I can probably go bigger... Shelle222, your stats are incredibly similar to mine and your boobs look a great size in your avatar (hoping you were about 32a before??)...
I just don't want to wake up and be in the "I wish I was a little bigger" category. I suppose most of us pre-BA girls can't imagine being in that boat anyway because, the way we are now, any size increase would seem like an improvement... but I also suspect that's exactly why most people end up in that boat!!
You've all been so patient with my umming and ahhing... I can't wait to be on the other side and dishing out the advice to other girls who are in my position, instead of being the one nagging you all!! hehe.

I think if I went bigger I would feel top heavy as I have skinny little hips and legs and quite broad shoulders. If you have narrow shoulders (they look narrower than mine) i think you could get way with bigger ones than me. Doesn't sould like it makes sense but it does to me

Re: How big is too big??
perhaps i could have explained that better... if you are an even shape i.e small all over or wide shoulders and hips then i think big boobies will look good - where i have to be careful is adding too much curvage to my upper body because of my wide shoulders it would unbalance my frame further making me look top heavy. I think my implants could go a little bigger projection wise but certainly no wider x

lol hun I get what you mean. It's funny cause I feel like I have really wide shoulders and that makes me want bigger boobs to balance them out a bit!
But I get what you mean... and I'd never thought of it that way! Trying to think of a celeb with big boobs and tiny hips...

Re: How big is too big??
i think boobs can add curves without making you look top heavy, infact most glamour models would just be overall tiny without their boobs.
I dont think it matters if you have no hips, but going toooo big i.e katie price may lead to looking toooo top heavy like you could fall over.
This might sound like a weird comparison but ive seen pics of men with noooo hips at all that have had sex changes and boob jobs and look sooo much more feminine shape. Google larissa summers (u will NOT believe she was a man, she doesnt have hips but you can see the boobs have made the illusion of more curves)
By the way i am not saying small hips is manly im just using it as an example to show how much more curvier boobs can make people look :) xxxxx

Re: How big is too big??
Hi LL,
I have a fairly even shape, but I am quite toned and my OH always complained about my shoulders and arms looking manly now that I have had my boobs done he doesnt notice that anymore because it has given me a more womanly shape although my body is the same as pre op... so I do think that even if you are small you can wear big boobs if its your preferece... however, there is definately a limit to how big on the smaller framed girls.
I had 540 cc and although that sounds huge they truly dont look it and people are amazed to hear that I am now a f/g cup bra... And I fall into that category of "I wish I went bigger" So I give you the big thumbs up  if you choose to go with the bigger option, I am sure you will love them!

Re: How big is too big??
This is one of the reasons I want a boob job. I have what I call a 'stretched look'. I am tall and have skinny little hips. This girl at work used to say I had skinny hips. "Where's the baby going to go?" she'd ask. lol I have a small but round bum. I also think I have a small head. People laugh at this but I think I do! It's because I have lots of cunning hair that you cannot notice! My arms look a bit skeletal too. The almost look like they are starting to bend backwards a little bit when i extend my arm fully. I've got bony-shaped arms. Really long and an obvious elbow joint. That's how skinny they look.
I've always looked like this. It was fine as a child but I always thought I'd curve out when I got older and look more womanly. This did not happen. I don't hate or dislike my body. I do like it. I am grateful but I do like curves. And I have none.
I'm having this boob job to make me feel more like an adult female as opposed to a pubescent one. I'm 26 and I always get IDed. People think I'm 19 or something. I don't mind so much in my face. But not in my body. I want to look and feel like a woman. Like I've accomplished something in my femininity.
The topic concerns me. Will I look top heavy after my BA? This is why I'm afraid of going too big. The whole point is to make me look curvier. More womanlier. More feminine, I guess. But NOT fake. So I just want to be able to wear a C-cup coz I think that suits my body. I don't really understand this 'boob-greed' stuff. Maybe I will in a month when I have my new assets. But I do understand LL when she says will it just make you look obviously fake because you've outdone the balance of your body.
Check this out tho. My mate had hers done ages ago. She got hers done as she was curvy in the hips but small on top. So she tried 'balancing' herself out with a BA. Last time I spoke to her she said she wanted them taken out because:
1) They had changed the shape of her breasts
2)They made her look 'fatter' than she was.
So I guess some times if you have bigger hips a BA can make you look just bigger in general.

This alarms me...I am tall and carry my weight well even when i have put on weight but now I'm starting to think maybe it's because I'm pretty close to flat chested...I'm so scared now as I don't want to get my boobs done and adopt hate of my new shape...that would just be awful....I think I need to do the rice test

XBX, have you ever worn gel bras, chicken fillets, padded bras to enhance what you already have??? How did you feel you looked when wearing enhancers??? Better - in that it gave you a better shape to your figure, or worse because it made you look fatter.
I think your answer is in there somewhere hunnie

Hay Hun..................I think you just have to try the implants on & see for yourself what suits your frame ...................
Im 5 foot 4 & a half ( cant forget the half! lol) & I was 8 stone at the time of my op , started with boobs that my g.p cpuldnt even class as a cup size? but id say a 30-32 AAAAAAAAAAA & had 460 overs.
I have very broad shoulders so i felt i could get away with large implants.
There are some days that i look in the mirror & feel they make me look fat but at 8 stone 6lbs which is what i am now i keep telling myself its in my head as i cant look fat at that weight shorly!
When i look back at pictures before i had my op i did look small....ill find a before pic but i had a butt & broad shoulders so felt i needed boobs to even me out........
When i look back i did look very bottom heavy.......maybe not in this pic but i was 3 months pregnant then & i always look smaller then my normal shape in the 1st 3 months so i guess not the best piccy to use but you can see my broad shoulders.........
then ill see if i can find a after piccy so you can see the difference....I feel my new boobs have made me even

Re: How big is too big??
hey hun,
I have always had really big boobs for my size, im about a size 8, 5 8" and 32E. I found that i do like having big boobs because they do giive me curves, but i di have to be careful what i wear. I had this top with horizontal stripes and i looked like i was going to topple over!
I try and wear things that make my hips look wider and also things that pull my waist in so that i have more of an hourglass shape if possible! The problem for me is that while most of me is slim, i have these chubby top arms!!! its a nightmare because really i think that is what makes me look top heavy, if i had slim arms i think it would look much better! For christmas i got weights that strap to my wrists so maybe that will help!! If not maybe thats the next thing after my lift!!!!!

Re: How big is too big??
Its really all down to personal taste.
Some people dont like big boobs at all so whether they are on a small frame girl/large hip lady it doesnt matter they still wont like them.
I personally think the smaller the frame the bigger boobs .., Josie from Married to Rock looks amazing (she could do with an ass though) & so do most of the playboy girls lol ...

I'm with AB I like the idea of small frame big boobs. I'm a size 10-12 small hips and shoulders and I went as big as I could cos I love the idea of big boobs. I know people wont agree with me here but that was my personal prefrence. x
