I am absolutly terrified of needles.
im leaving in half a hour and i was just wondering
Did the PS gas mask you first to knock you out then do the needle or needle whilst your awake?
the prospect of just the needle bit is the cause of my nerves
Please how did you get knocked out x

i got sum gel to numb my hand 1st then when they gave me the jag im sure they put an oxygen mask on my face dont worry you will be fine this time tmoro you will be so glad you had this done i was crying all the way threw it but wouldnt change what i have done for the world good luck you will be fine takecare. xx

I'm planning on asking for some numbing gel on my hands too (both just in case). I don't think it's so common to have a gas thru a mask anymore, but I could be wrong and I'm sure it varies by hospital. They may just put the GA in your hand and ask you to count backwards. It will all be fine and I'm sure the staff will be lovely - tell them beforehand if you're feeling anxious xxx
