Had my 1week check up on friday, got all my bandages removed, and I am so happy with my boobies :D but today I lifted my arm and my boob made a strange noise, the best way I can describe it is a squelch..erm kind of like the noise it makes when you swish mathwash around your mouth? Has any1 had this? Its only 1 boob and only when I lift my arm up just above shoulder hight. I didn't know if I should ring the clinic or maybe if its just some traped air? Am I worrying to much? Please help girl, kind of freeking out xxx

I am sure it is just trapped air hun and nothing to worry about. Check these two links about it:

It wouldn't hurt to check with your PCC though as this will give you the peace of mind you are needing right now, but I'm sure everything is fine.

I've also found this link posted by a plastic surgeon which pretty much describes exactly what you are hearing. This one will be even more reassuring for you.

Don't worry sweetie, it's just air and fluid within the capsule, this is very normal and does disperse all on it's own... a lot of us experience the same. xxx

Hi my ba was 13 days ago, and on day 4 i heard the same noise on one side just before bed and freaked!. Was straight on here for reasurance so glad i joined. It lasted a few days. I have still got a lot more swelling on that side near my arm pit so think a bit more damage during surgery caused more fluid?. Did manage a little sleep on my side last night hooray and my hair didn`t look quite like a birds nest at the back when i woke (hate being flat out) lol happy squelching dont worry x
