One boob bigger than the other.
My right boob is bigger than my left one but none of the surgeons that I have seen have thought that it is worth doing anything about, apart from one, at the Birkdale Clinic. Is it worth me asking if I can have two different sized implants?

Re: One boob bigger than the other.
If you feel it's significant enough to ask then ask babe! If in your surgeons expert opinion they feel it necessary to place different sized implants in to correct symmetry they will. If not, then they won't hun. It's not always necessary though. It's normal to have a small degree of assymetry and if it is only small then it's probably not noticeable to anyone else but you.
If you have concerns about ANYTHING pre-op hun, you should ask your surgeon about it. xx

Re: One boob bigger than the other.
Iv got one bigger then the other. Having an extra 90cc to compensate for my smaller boob.
I think alot of women have different sizes. I never realised how bad mine was until I saw the before photos they took in my Pre op!

I have that as well, it's normal. It maybe that they haven't said anything becasue it's not that much of a difference. Once you get an implant in there it may even it out.
Thats what i was told with mine.

As cookie says hunnie talk it through with your surgeon. I was sure me left boob was significantely biiger than my right but when I saw My surgeon he said there was hardly any difference at all and most women have one bob slightly bigger xxx

I had slight assymetry and still do but when I mentioned it to the surgeon he said that unless its really noticable then he advised to do nothing as sometimes putting different size impants in does not correct the problem x

I had 25cc difference in my implants..one breast was about half a cup size bigger than the other. I got told this at both my consultations though so I knew it was the right choice for me.

I can notice it but it also means that the right cup on my bra fits better than my left cup. Even if the surgeon thinks it is unnessecary, can I still have two different sized implants?

I've had it pointed out at 2 consultations out of all of mine, and mine is about half a cup size difference as well, so I'm going to look into different sized implants.

Re: One boob bigger than the other.
If your surgeon is professional, he will point out any differences between your boobs and recommend different sized implants for each boob.
That's what my surgeon said to me at my consultation, I had one nipple slightly lower than the other and he recommended I have one slightly larger implant than the other to even this out.
Don't be afraid to discuss your options at your consultation!

Yes, I will discuss it ar my 2nd consultation with my prefferred surgeon. He said it's not a problem but I would like it corrected.

Re: One boob bigger than the other.
Hi I am new to the forum yesterday but was just looking through where to put a new post about my worries when I saw this.
I have already had a BA in 2006. I started off 34b and had 410s. Before the op I told the surgeon I was worried because one of my natural boobs was smaller than the other. He said it would be ok as most women have different sizes.
Now 4 years after the BA I am so unhappy with the size difference I am saving up to have a re-aug. It's not just the look that bothers me it's the fact that when I wear a vest top the bigger boob pulls the top out more and the smaller one doesn't. It also rubs on one side only which really bothers me. Also when wearing a bikini you can totally tell if you stand one way the boobs look big and from the other side way smaller.
So I would say if it's enough to bother you now I would think it will defo be worse after they are bigger. That's what's happened to me anyway.
I am going to my consultation (with different company/surgeon) In a couple of weeks so am going to deff ask for slightly different sizes.
But truth be told I want them a lot bigger anyway so would have done it again regardless.
Hope this helps luv

Thanks for the advice :) Tbh, I am going for the natural look, but I have noticed that in my left cup of my bra, there is always a gap more than there is in the right one and I don't want that.
