When will my boobs start moving normally?
Hi girls
Had my BA 2 weeks ago today and still have no natural movement in my boobies. When I lie down or bend over they don't move - although they are starting to feel a bit softer to the touch, and I can now gently push them towards each other.
Also they feel very heavy and stuck on still, especially in the lower part of the boob and quite tender around the incision area.
Is this normal? When do you girls who have had your BA's think they will start to move normally again and do they ever feel as soft as normal boobs?
Thanks again girls for all your help and advice xxxxx

Re: When will my boobs start moving normally?
Hey hun... We all heal at different rates sweetie, some ladies may get some natural movement within weeks! Others (like myself) have to wait months! It was good six months before I got natural movement from my boobs hunni, but I do know of other women who breasts have fully softened and gained movement after 2 weeks!.. so just be patient hun, you'll get there when your boobs are ready.
As for softness, your boobs will be soft and really squidgy when they've fully settled, pressed softly they'll feel completely natural, but when squished or pressed a little harder they will feel firmer than a natural breast hun, not hard at all, just firm. xxx

Re: When will my boobs start moving normally?
Hi hun mine are the opposite I'm 3 weeks post op and mine are moving, a lot softer and have dropped and look natural without a bra on but with a bra they look rounded and full .. I have been concerned that they were moving way too much too soon but after talking about on here about it its normal and iv been reassured. My boobs still feel very heavy and tender around the lower part and numb in some places but all this is normal hun. Going back to movement just because mine are moving all over the place this doesn't mean yours should be everyone is different and heal at different rates and I'm sure your new booby's will feel softer and drop a little in time hun .. and as for will they ever feel as soft as normal boobs ??? Im not so sure on that one. Hope you feel a little better and happy healing xxxx

Hi hun, I was the same miine took months to gain any movement at all, it was like having rocks on my chest (not as heavy) given time I'm sure yours will start to move normally

Thanks girls - your comments make me feel so much better.
Beginning to think I am a slow healer! Good to know though that it is completely normal at this stage for them not to move. xxx

I was the same, they were rock hard for agggges. No matter what way I moved or laid they would stay pert.
Keep your chin up, it'll be worth the wait!
