Update & pics up!

Hiya ladies

Well I would say today is the first day that I've been feeling a litle more myself and able to get on the computer to upload piccies etc. Don't get me wrong, I haven't been in a lot of pain, just more uncomfortable and felt like "taking it easy"!

I've had my sis staying with me to help with the kids which has been such a help. For a 20 year old she has got a good head on her shoulders!

All in all I think I have had a good recovery, a few bad twinges here and there but in all everything is fantastic. I'm really happy with the results too, I'm in a 34D sports bra but think I need a larger size which I'm sorting out now.

I've uploaded some pictures (some of the most unflattering facial shots of me I think I've ever seen! I don't normally look that rough!). Let me know if you would like a look. Let me know what you think!

In the pics one of my nipple is higher than the other but they are gradually becoming a bit more level as they are settling, I know they will never be perfect and level but then it doesn't really matter too much as it's only me and the hubby (and you guys!) that will ever see them.

They look great and as I said to you, the nipple height difference will only be what it was before and that was minimal!

I agree that there is a slight nipple height difference, but in your last pictures this seems to be evening out a lot - I think once they are fully settled you will be the only person to notice it (and maybe your hubby!!)

I had one nipple and one boob a bit bigger than the other pre op and hope that once my swelling settles they will be a bit more even. Its so hard to tell when our boobies are still swollen!

Mine are still swollen at the moment, and look shiney where they have stretched - not a good look!

hi hun, thanks for letting me see pics, they look great, yes i can see what you mean about the nipple, i wouldnt of noticed unless you had said tho, so i dont think its really obvious at all, and after my op, my boobs looked really weird and wonky, so i wouldnt worry about it all, plus, i think they look alot different in pics to what they do in real life,i think the flash highlights every little minute detail, so dont stress,those boobies are fab hun, congratulations!!!! xxxxx

Can I take a peek pls. Dont worry about the nipple thingy. Mine are the same. My PS wanted me to have a nipple lift on my first op and now again for my recent re-op but I refused. They were cockeyed when they were only tiny so I have decided to leave something of the old boobies there!!!! haha

Just had a look at your pics and may I say you have a crackin pair of :boobchick: there hun. Your nipple issue is nothing, from the pics it is even less noticeable at 5 days post op than 3 days post op. Mine are exactly the same. You look absolutely fab.

I do see what you mean but it's only slight and as Breasticles pointed out it's better on day 5 than day 3. Could be they're settling at different rates.
Try not to worry hun, it's too early to tell where they're going to settle. You've got so many changes ahead of you, you'll have a better idea at 6 weeks as all or most swelling should be gone by then and the dropping will have altered you boobs so much they'll look so different to what they do now.

Hi Dee, thanks so much for sharing your pictures They look fab and really in proportion with the rest of you! I'll only comment on the nipple thing because you asked, and say that you can defintely see between days 3 and 5 that they are balancing out (and it's still such early days), I reckon they're gonna look even more gorgeous in a few weeks xxx
