Re: Struggling to find a 32F/G zip front sports bra...
It's bad isn't it, me and my hubby will be in town and i'll say to him "She's got nice tits", he either tells me not to say it to load or just says "Do you have to bring tits in to everything".
I also keep going into department stores and trying D and DD bras on to see what they look like!

Don't forget that you will prob need a larger band to start with to compensate for the swelling around your ribs! Also sports bras are ALWAYS tighter in the band than normal bras. I wore a 32 band pre op (except my sports bra which was a 34) now I am in a 36 for comfort and it is still tight (2 days post op) x

Hi there, seen lots of your posts but not "talked" to you yet!!
I am a 30g and have ASDA sports bras, shock absorber ones, z bras etc BUT the one I am still wearing now for bed ( to keep the girls "up there") is the Royce Post Surgery Bra, it has a permanent silver beading running through it which is antibacterial (works for my horse on his rugs so must be good for me, eh?)
Another advantage is that it is to me very size adaptable. I have a 32F and a 34E they both fit still - granted the 34 is now a bit big on the band but the the 32F is lovely.
I love it, I think the F is the biggest cup they do though but I reckon you'd be ok. The 34F for immed post op then the 32F later on.
(m&s did an excellent zip frint bra but it's notw discontinued. I bought mine on ebay though, maybe worth a try )
Yippee on booking though xx

Ihave heard this bra is great and very comfortable. Had my surgeon not given me a special zip up surgical bra I would have bought this one.kayla wrote: the one I am still wearing now for bed ( to keep the girls "up there") is the Royce Post Surgery Bra, it has a permanent silver beading running through it which is antibacterial (works for my horse on his rugs so must be good for me, eh?)

If you want the marks one i think you probably will want a 34, i trie the 32 on (I am a 32) and I could barely breathe!

Its not actually that expensive... I might get myself one for once the swelling has gone down & use it as my sleeping bra if its really comfy :)

I have been told I will have strapping on for a week so don't need to wear a bra only if I find it more comfortable! I have bought all 36's (I'm a 34) as I tried one on and it was fairly tight now before I have even had the op! I am going to get a Royce one too, had my eye on one on ebay :)

Im just gonna crash on my sofa for a couple of weeks... I cant sleep in the bed upright no way... I have a corner sofa which is really comfy & I always fall asleep laying upright on it.
