Hello Everyone I am new here! my BA is scheduled for the 8 December 2010. yahoo

Can't wait but still deciding on size and profile. My PS said I should go for 375cc HP under the muscle. I did like the way the 375cc sizers felt but some say you loose about 25cc when putting it under the muscle is this true, because then I should maybe go for 400cc.

My stats are:
Pre BA: 32 a
Post BA: ???
ribcage 28''
BWD 12 cm
120 lbs (54/55 kg)
5'8 (1.75m)
375cc/400cc silicone HP's under the muscle
Incision: Inframmamary

Any advice will be helpful!

If its any help, I'm going for 375 HP anatomical partial unders! I'm 5'7" 135lbs and am currently a 32b. The reason my ps has recommended this size and shape for me, is because I've got a long chest (so more 'distance' to fill). I'm hoping to be about a 32DD with a natural look!

Thank you jellytot. I also have a long chest/torso. I am having the round textured Natrelle/Allergan Inspira 120 silicone. I have another appointment with my PS this thursday, I will then probably make my final decision... LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST!

I would ask the question of your PS why you're having round shaped (that is, if you're wanting to get a natural shape - you might not want that?)...My PS explained to me, that I should go for the anatomical shape to get a natural look (as otherwise they'd look too 'stuck on' because of my long chest - with the natural shape it would give a more gradual incline)

Obviously I don't know your shape, or what look you want, but it might be worth asking your PS the question just to be sure?

Good luck with your consultation - what date are you hoping to have your ba done and where?

It's exactly 4 weeks today for me....!!!

This is how bad I am.....when I get emails from my PS's secretary, it comes from *surgeons name* BAAPS and everytime I see it in my inbox I snigger thinking it says "baps" and think of boobs :heehee: Don't think the British Assocaition of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons thought that one through eh? :boobchick:

I am so much thinking BOOBS at the moment I have only just realised I need to be thinking about Christmas. Had 2nd consultation today and I think I am having Allergan Naturelles 295 cc round - I thought I would be having anatomical but consultant said I could cope with rounds fine - but now I am scared as I want them to look natural.

When my PS showed me the implants, they were the round ones, and as he held it up the shape naturally falls into a slightly teardrop shape anyway! I think that way they're likely to stay a better shape than sag too quickly!

At the end of the day, if you trust your surgeon and have told them the look you want then don't worry too much!

And yeah all I think about all day is bloody boobs! It's doing my head in!!! Shocked

my consultant said I don't have to go to hospital in advance for pre-op (as in his opinion I am fit and healthy), so said just go a few hours earlier on the day! Has anyone else done this?

Jellytot1 - I am not having a pre-op either. The original surgeon I was going with said 2 weeks before I'd see the nurse for a pre op then the PS I am now booked with said I don't need one as I'm fit, healthy & don't smoke! I am booked in an HOUR before my op!! So I will have all my checks then. TBH it's more important what you are like on the day (blood pressure etc) so don't worry!

On a more important note only 26 days til :boobchick:

I assume you're in overnight as that's a long way for you to go home after... :(
