Worrying about a noticeable result

Hi Girls,

I posted this on another section of the forum but haven't had a reply after 5 days so I wandered if any of you could help me?

I keep reading things about girls who have had their operation and they have only gone up one cup size and are really unhappy with their size and wish they went bigger so it's made me really nervous.

I am currently a 32A and I really want boobs that look like this:

Example 2

What size do you realistically think that these girls are? and with my size 10 frame (32 A) body is this unrealistic without going for the massive sizes where you can feel the implant round the sides? I'd really like to be as big as possible but without going too far.
I have no idea what CC will achieve this look?

Think I am getting nervous because of reading so many people on here who wish they had gone bigger!

they both look like completely different sizes so its hard to say. The second picture is much bigger than the first. The first look quite natural

The first pic looks about an E cup, the second, possibly an F.

Have you shown your surgeon the pics?

If you haven't it would be advisable for your PS to see the look you're after hun. They'll be the best person to decide what CCs would be required to help you achieve the result you want. xx

Well I posted to him on here but no reply. That's why I re posted. But I don't mind coz I know he is very busy man and he has answered all my other questions to date so I can't complain. :good:

Yeah the second one is much bigger and the first one is possibly natural.

I think all this considered looks like I would like to be an E. I just want them to stand out and actually have a line down the middle when I wear a bra. I literally can only get that effect in a mega gel bra if I stand there squeezing with all my possible strength hahaha. Hysterical

I just want to look bigger than I do even in my gel bra. This sort of thing: Example 3

I know I have been watching too many celebrity programs but a girl can dream of looking that good right? :)

The lady in picture 2 definately has bigger boobs than the first and without a doubt I'd say the lady in picture 2 has implants but with picture 1 it's questionable because it looks so natural (which is fab!). Size wise hmmmmmm.....I reckon Picture 1 is about an E cup but picture 2 I wouldn't be surprised if she measures a G if not bigger!!

I would take these pictures along to your surgeon and he/she will have a better understanding of what size cc would likely achieve these looks and what cc your body can cope with.....there is a limit to how much cc you can have.

Sorry hun original post was to my surgeon he is a super lovely man but he does so much I don't even know how he fits it all in he has loads of projects on the go so I am not surprised he hasn't replied to my post yet. But as I was worrying I thought I would re post to you ladies as I know ur all always so helpful!

TY for ur replies so far everyone. On reflection I think I would like to be somewhere between the two looks like in example 3 (on my last reply b4 this.) Looks like I want to be about an E I think?

God only knows what CC this is I remember holding implants up to me at my consultation but I was so nervous and couldn't believe I was finally there that it all went in a bit of a blur. So I am trying to get some kind of idea myself what CC I am looking for in order to achieve the result I am looking for in my mind.

Well I am 5.9", size 8 ribcage 28" and 320's took me from a B cup to a DD, although they looked more like a D. Whilst I was pregnant my boobs grew and looked great I knew when the time came for a re-op I would opt for implants that created that pregnancy E cup, I have 460's now and I reckon I will measure bigger than an E but I already think they look simular to how they did when I was pregnant....squished but simular!! Hysterical

YEah Holly Madison did used to be Hugh Hefners GF but she isn't any more. I know some people will think she looks really fake but I actually really like how she looks. I think maybe her boob size may be slightly too much but looks like 460's might b the answer then Charlie? I am only a 32 A though so it'll take quite a bit to get me to an E?

I just wish I could remember the 2 sizes I held up to myself at the consultation!!

i had 410 was tiny b cup small framed figure and went to 32f and look a e so def 460 would get u your e im the same id rather go slighty bigger than smaller as your right far to many peeps have boob greed not everyone but more regret than dont regret going bigger xxxx

It would be best to arrange a second consultation with James babe to further discuss your sizing. This isn't at all uncommon and your surgeon would rather you be 100% satisfied 'pre-op' with the agreed size for you 'post-op' sweetie.

It's so difficult for any of us to be able to give you a sizing hun as we have no idea how much breast tissue you have? How much body fat you have? How your rib cage sits? There is just so much involved in addition to the CCs that determine your resulting size and only your surgeon can know that after measuring you babe and seeing you 'in the flesh' so to speak. xx

Yeah I am going to see him again in June but thats so long away. I am not having my operation with him until Aug 1st as he is so popular I couldn't get in before then.

I just wandered what size people used to be before and what CC they had to give me some kind of idea.

I think I will be more specific when I see him again and bring pictures as this will help. But at least today has confirmed to me in my mind that the result I am looking for is approximately an E.

Thanks for the advice everyone and also cookie. I know it's hard to advise me without seeing me but you comments really help with calming the nerves and reassuring me so thank you

Everything Cookie has said is spot on to be honest Myste but also bear in mind it's not just a case of how many CC's will create your "ideal" size, the profile also makes a difference, first time around I had low profile....why!? I have no idea but had I had High profile I bet I would have measured bigger than a DD. So you could have a smaller implant than say 460cc but extra high profile/high profile achieving the same size....hope that makes sense. x

It kind of does although I don't know what high profile implants are? I am having round ones that's all I know. I've just read some of the sizes on the link cookie sent and I can see the variation of CC size and result is massive.

I think I will be walking into James's consultation room armed with a photo pack of boobie pics. LOL :heehee:

Some of yours on here look exactly how I'd like mine!! HOpefully I will b as lucky :)

Found this website today while trying to find out about different profiles - it is an American site but seems to be quite informative, which says exactly what CharlieB is saying that if you have a high profile implant you could have a smaller cc implant.
