Help - day one after surgery
I had my breast implant op yesterday. Can anyone tell just how much swelling is normal. I have had 310 allergan high profile implants over the muscle. My surgeon told me my end result would be a small C cup, but to be honest they look enormous. Far bigger than I expected. The look like round footballs not natural at all can someone put my mind at rest. Many thanks. X

What size were you before hun? To be honest its far too early to tell. They'll be really swollen and round at first. I'm 3 weeks in, had unders and mine still look round and hard.
Dont worry, they'll settle eventually just concentrate on resting and congratulations on your new boobies.

Was a 34b cup before, but after breast feeding two kids (17 years ago) my boobs were completely empty. I just wanted some shape back and now I'm really worried I've overdone it. X

Hi hun I had 310 implants. At first they looked like torpedos strapped to my chest lol. They soon settle and you lose the upper pole fullness which is what you see when you are looking down on them. As the implants settle they fill out the bottom of the breast more even with the high profiles so don't worry what you look like now certainly isn't what you will ned up looking like. x

Also would have thought 310's would give you more than a small C cup especially if you were a B before. : )

They will be swollen at the moment, really high up and really fake looking, it does take some months to heal. So give yourself time before you panic. One day is not enough to tell

Thanks everyone for your reassurance. My husband said I was over reacting and reading to your feedback (as much as I don't want to admit it) he was probably right! Many thanks xx

Hi Whetto...I was an empty 34a after beastfeeding 5 kids. I had 330cc and initially after surgery they looked huge! When the swelling subsided they measured about a c cup...but after dropping and fluffing they finally settled into a very natural looking d cup...and I loved them!...x

Re: Help - day one after surgery
they look very unnatural when they are so high up and like torpedoes straight after your op hun. give them time to settle and they will be more natural.
