I have 4 days to go, I am having my BA on Monday 1st Nov under local anaestetic. I went to M&S today and bought 2 high impact sports bras, 1 in a D cup and 1 in a DD. I went home, put them on and filled them with socks. I loved the DD but funny enough it wasnt me who suddenly developed boob greed it was my husband, lol, he said "they're great but what would an E or an EE look like". But we both settled on the DD. wow. kudos to your hubby for knowing cup sizes!!! Mine understands 3 cup sizes only, they're called - "small"... "hmmmm a fair handful".... and "holy mother of god they're massive! " Hysterical

Enjoy the build up to your BA sweetness, it's sooooooo exciting I know! yipee

Thanks everyone for your support and wishes.

Deedee: No i am not nervous at all, i have complete faith in my surgeon that i won't feel any pain, he has promised me this, i am just so excited, i cant sleep cant eat and more than anytihing cant believe its actually happening.

Good luck for Monday - can I ask why you are having it done under a local anaestetic - are you allergic to General?

Hi jellytot, i'm having a local anaestetic because i am terrified of a GA just the thought of it gives me palpitations, cold sweats and i start vomiting. I really couldnt have had it done under a GA. I always thought i couldnt have a BA because they were only done under GA but i found my knight in shining armour at Flyde Spire Hospital, Blackpool, Mr Peter Paterson. He has done many BAs under local. So i know i am in safe hands.
