Every surgeon I have seen have measured me and all said I need a full up lift. My boobs are very droopy and my nipple lies below the inframammory fold so I deffo need the uplift. I have excess skin and don't really want it to be filled with implants as I think that might make them too big. I will speak to my surgeon again but I'm in on Tuesday so I'm running out of time!
