I had my op Wednesday 6th and god am I feeling it now! Back is killing me which I guess is understandable but my boobs feel like rocks. Is this normal? I know the body is coping with a lot but just wondered if anyone elses felt like this.

Yes hun, even with overs mine felt like rocks. Your muscle will be tight over the implant at the moment, but they will soften. It does get easier I promise, the first week or two is the worst for aches and pains.

Hun youll find you back is killing as your not standing as you normally would do due to your op....................I was in more pain with my back then my actuall B.A because i was not standing or sitting as i normally would & it put extra stain on my back muscles i didnt normally use.
In the end my hubby got feed up with me moaning about how much my back hurt & said why dont you stand up straight & push your shoulders back & stand norammly , you look like a hunched over granny! you'd feel so much better if you just stand & sit normally.......so i actually listened to him ( i hardly ever do poor man!) and with in a day of gradually standing back to my normal position & gently pushing my shoulders back I felt great again & the back pain went...............
I think i new i was standing wrong but was to scared to stand straight, it felt like my boobs would fall off!

oh i remember that feeling - it's horrible but you will feel better if you stand or sit straight hun. i think it also has to do with the stretched feeling of your skin and swelling. your natural instinct is to hunch to protect the boobies, or any injured/sore part

I remember the 1st time I went out I was terrified someone would bash into me so walked like an old lady all hunched over to protect my new assets. I also thought everybody noticed I had had them done, obviously they didnt. Surprising how quickly you forget things x

Thats exactly what I'm doing. I'm hunching over as if to protect my boobs. And its as if standing up straight will stretch them even more. Feel so much better after reading everyones posts. Its reassuring to know this feeling is normal. Thanks girls  xxkittie wrote:Crystal wrote:I think i new i was standing wrong but was to scared to stand straight, it felt like my boobs would fall off!
