Hey Ladies!

I am 9 days away and this week I want to get everything in order that I will need. I am staying the night as well.

So please I would appriciate any suggestions as to what I will need for in hospital and what I should have ready at home for post op?

Thanks!!!

There's a good list in one of the sticky's for what to take in with you.

Sports bra, clean underwear, books/magazines, babywipes, button up pj's, button up clothes to come home in. I also took some juice, to give me something different from water to drink.

Lots of pillows for when you get home to help you sleep propped up. A v-pillow is a great help when sleeping on your back. If sleeping on your back makes it ache a bit i found a hot water bottle helped. Ice packs (or i used frozen peas) for the swelling is a help too.
Lots of DVDs to keep you occupied when you get home helped me through the first few days when you cant do too much but nothing too funny as it hurts to laugh the first few days!! Take some throat sweets to the hospital too as sometimes people get a sore throat from the GA xx
