what make implants are best? Empty what make implants are best?

Hi, just wondering what make implants are supposed to be the best on the market? Three out of the four consults I have had say they use Allergan (as far as I can remember) and that they are the best on the market (which they are bound to say I guess!) xxxx

Hi.
On my consultation, the surgeon said she used to use Allergan, but now uses Nagor implants. They are softer and give better guarantees apparently. She said Allergan are still excellent though.

The best implants on the market are said to be the FDA approved ones, but there are quite a few good makes. You would usually have to pay extra for these. Allergan have one type of implant that is FDA approved but I cant remember what it's called I think it's the inspira range.

Yes misf1, the FDA approved ones are the Allergan Inspira Natrelle, that is what i had xx
