Allergan also produce CUIs which I think is what you're referring to. although CUIs come with a 10 year warranty this doesn't necessarily mean they will only last ten years, they too could last a lifetime and in turn, just because the Naturelle come with a lifetime warranty doesn't necessarily mean they will last a lifetime.

No matter what implant you have there will always be a small risk of a rupture or capsular contracture, we all just hope we aren't one of the unfortunate few that this happens to.

The difference between CUIs and Naturelle is that the CUI is not subject to the same quality control measures as the natrelle, but has proven to be a good and safe implant.

I've never heard of that before, THG, I think as standard are now offering CUIs, if you wanted Nagors or Naturelles you would have to pay more money for those and if a surgeon 'preferred' a particular 'style' for you he couldn't exactly wake you up in the middle of the procedure to ask if you were happy to pay more for his choice.

Sometimes 'with your consent' a surgeon will choose the implant 'size' from the 'style' of implant you've chosen to give you the best 'fit' xxx

How do you pick what style you want? I haven't even been shown different styles of Naturelles.

was told smiliar to this..... i was told that i would be having 420cc but if they looked to big for my frame when asleep, he would put in smaller size better for my frame. surgeon was right though and got 420cc x

I like the sound of that! The worst thing would be waking up with them WELL TOO BIG!

What are the different styles? What is style 10?

Style 10 is the name for the range of moderate profile implants. Style 15 is midrange, and Style 20 is high profile. And thats just for the smooth round ones. I believe the textured ones are 110, 115 and 120.

Are the textured ones the ones that look like frosted glass?

You won't be shown those hunni as they are bought in especially for those only who choose to pay more them based on the information you've aquired, unless of course you go to a clinic that specifically uses Allergan Naturelles. xx

i am slim size 8 and had the choice of high or moderate profile as they worked out the same width so depends on your dementions really, i went for the moderate as wanted a more natural look althogh i know many people get a natural look with the high profile too. i wouldnt think high profiles would be firmer they just project out more

I am. But I don't think I'm slim. And I don't want high profile, if it means they will stick out more. I want them to look natural.

i have Natrelles and find them very soft and natural. I got moderate profiles. I didnt have a choice though as i was an nhs patient. Anyway my surgeon did say i might need surgery in 2yrs, 5yrs or 20yrs down the line but they will come a point when they need changed. The younger you are the more operations you will need in your life to maintain your breasts. remember fake boobs get saggy aswell x

If you're unsure about profile/size, just bring in a picture of the boobs you want and your surgeon will choose the profile and size that will let you achieve the look in the picture

i agree tell your surgeon the look you want to achieve the differnece in project i was offered where 335cc high profile or 350cc moderate profiles and if i went for the high they would have only projected 0.5 cm more so theres not alot fo difference in it
