I'm getting em, no matter what surgery I end up going to!

Awesome! I'm getting Natrelle's too. The head breast augmentation nurse just called me actually to let me know she just ordered my implants!! Natrelle style 10, 360cc.

i had them and am very happy x

What are the different styles? What is style 10?

I'm getting them 'cause I don't want another operation in ten years.

The lifetime guarantee you get with Naturelles does not guarantee you won't have any complications that may result in you having a re-op any time after you have your implants hunni. The lifetime guarantee is an agreement to replace the implants free of charge should you have a complication in your lifetime. xx

FWIW theyre not the only implants with a good guarantee. My nagors have a lifetime guarantee

I have Natrelles, waiting for the swelling to go down but so far i am very happy with them. There are lots of implants to choose from, it is all about choosing what you think is right and what you are comfortable with. Good luck xx

But they do last longer than normal ones right?

I got told by THG, that the surgeon picks the style that is right for you while you are asleep.

That sounds a bit strange, that was not my experience. I was offered the Allergan CUI's for free or the Allergan Natrelles for an extra fee. In the end i came to the decision to have the Natrelles as i wanted to purchase a superior implant after having PIP's before.
My surgeon and i discussed the size in a consultation and then it was all confirmed with him before my op xx

Nagor is a British company that offer a fine guarantee for example Nagor allong with someother brands are considered amongst the best on the market. Many top rated surgeons use them along with other brands such Allergan and Mentor etc, soz if i have forgoten to mention other leading manufacturers!!

Not necessarily no.

Allergan also produce CUIs which I think is what you're referring to. although CUIs come with a 10 year warranty this doesn't necessarily mean they will only last ten years, they too could last a lifetime and in turn, just because the Naturelle come with a lifetime warranty doesn't necessarily mean they will last a lifetime.

No matter what implant you have there will always be a small risk of a rupture or capsular contracture, we all just hope we aren't one of the unfortunate few that this happens to.

The difference between CUIs and Naturelle is that the CUI is not subject to the same quality control measures as the natrelle, but has proven to be a good and safe implant.

I've never heard of that before, THG, I think as standard are now offering CUIs, if you wanted Nagors or Naturelles you would have to pay more money for those and if a surgeon 'preferred' a particular 'style' for you he couldn't exactly wake you up in the middle of the procedure to ask if you were happy to pay more for his choice.

Sometimes 'with your consent' a surgeon will choose the implant 'size' from the 'style' of implant you've chosen to give you the best 'fit' xxx

was told smiliar to this..... i was told that i would be having 420cc but if they looked to big for my frame when asleep, he would put in smaller size better for my frame. surgeon was right though and got 420cc x

My surgeon decided my size while I was on the table I was given an idea of what size to expect either 310 340 and 375. I was happy with this as I thought it gave the surgeon a bit os scope to see which looked best but at the end of the day it is their idea of what looks best. I'm happy with his choice though. x

my surgeon changed his mind about size whilst on the table too, as the ones we had decided didnt fill up the empty skin enough

Style 10 is the name for the range of moderate profile implants. Style 15 is midrange, and Style 20 is high profile. And thats just for the smooth round ones. I believe the textured ones are 110, 115 and 120.
