power plates and boobies
im starting to get back ino my gym routine and was wondering if you all think its ok to go back on the power plate im exactly 12 weeks post op

I'd imagine you'd be fine now hun, but if you haven't already checked with your PS that it's OK to resume upper body excercise then as Sally says, it may be best to check first. xx

Hi Sian, did you ever find out if it is safe? I have a power plate at home and looooove using it!

I have a powerplate at home and started back (gently) after 9 weeks and my boobies are just fine - just get a shock absorber on! x
