Nerves knitting back together? Empty Nerves knitting back together?

Hi girls,
I'm 10 months post op and was wondering if nerves can still be knitting back together as over the past few days I've been getting sort of a tingling/stinging sensation in my left boob.
I'm trying not to worry and I'm sure its nothing more serious but need some re-assurance :dunno: xxx
