Well ladies...I am keeping my nipple


You would not believe it though...my sister took a couple of hours off work and drove me to HMG this morning.
When I got there I was told my appointment was tomorrow, Friday I was ready to walk out and probably cry when my sister (bless her) just told them how worried I'd been and how warn out I was because I spent every night worrying blah blah blah and the nurse finally agreed to see me.
And...she said my scars look GREAT She also said my nipple was FINE and she wasn't sure what the other nurse had been worried about .
She said it was slightly black still because of the bruising (like you said Cookie) but most of the discolouring had come from the BLUE PEN the surgeon had used....grrrrrrr I can't belieeeeve it!!

Very happy though...but I do feel incredibly silly!

I should think so, that they agreed to see you after all the worry you've gone through hun, good job you had your sister with you.

I'll sleep like a log hopefully...although my favourite sleeping position is on my belly...ahh, I do miss that : )

I'm sure it'll be something else freaking me out next week....but I guess that's all part of the crazy boobie journey.
