Good morning ladies,

I know it'll be a white before I can go back to the gym after my BA. So I'm wondering when it will be safe to use my Slendertone Ab belt post-op?

Thanks

I think it does, not massively, but I think it does something.
I think it'd work better on you because you have less fat on your tummy than me, so it's get straight to your muscles.
Do you think yours helps? xxx

OOH you're very dedicated!! You are tiny though!

That diet sounds good, although a lot of these diets aren't vegie friendly (I'm a vegie).. Are there any specific foods that I should eat a lot of to burn fat from my belly?
Are you taking any supplements or anything to help?

Post by CJA2010 27th August 2010, 11:23 am

Thanks Natalia - that doesn't sound too different to how I was eating before my op.

About 3 weeks before my op I bascially decided to change my diet -- I actually downloaded an app for my I-phone called My Fitness Pal where you bascially add your details in and you add on a daily basis your excerise / food intake (including drinks) and it tells you how much fat you've consumed / how many caleries you've burnt off etc. I don't take it as gospal but it is good as a guide only.

Anyway, I did this for 3 weeks before my op and bascially ate the food you listed above and I lost 7lbs in 3wks.

Only problems is, I've put it all back on again and my stomach is HUGE again which I'm REALLY p!ssed off about as it was looking really good..... anyway, I did it before so i'll get it down again.....

I don't like cream soda so could I substitute for diet coke or is that a real no-no??

I've heard of this before CJA2010, never really bothered about all those apps but think I'm gonna start! That weight loss is fab and if you've done it once you can do it again xx

Anyone read a book called 'Skinny Bitch' by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin??

Well worth a read and totally changes the way you think and about food and your diet. Basically, you will never diet again...if that makes sense?!
