6 week check tomorrow!!
Hello ladies,
I've not posted for a while- just been more of a lurker while adjusting to new additions (as you might remember I was dissapointed with the size I selected). I was becoming obsessed so tried to distance myself from the world of boobs! Lol
So I'm 6 weeks today and they still don't look very similar lol is this normal? The right one is sitting slightly high and the left one looks really low in pics :-( on the plus they are both very soft ;-)
x dee

That's a shame- have you been wearing a strap or anything? I think I read somewhere you had taken action about your wounds, how are they now?
Mine just don't look too good :-( I'm trying to upload pics on picture trail just now- see if anyone has any kind words of wisdom. Lol

Re: 6 week check tomorrow!!
It can take a while for your new boobs to even out hun, mine took 12 weeks! But be sure to tell your surgeon all of your concerns when you see him tomorrow, he may offer some advice to help with the highr one dropping, I know I was advised to start firmly massaging the tops of my breasts to encourage them to drop, this did help a lot.
Good luck hunni, hope all goes well. xxx

Thanks cookie- that is reassuring. I still feel down about the size n as they haven't settled properly yet it doesn't help lol so hopefully there is something I can do to speed it up a little.

I remember how that felt hun I was at my wits end with mine, I had one larger than the other and higher, then just as I thought it was starting to even out, it seemed to head towards my armpit! I was frantic! LOL But it was just the breast settling into it's pocket and finding its way there, I do have very symmetrical boobs to be proud of now, sat central and out of the armpit! LOL. Wonky boobs are very common hunni, but it is important your surgeon is informed and can if they feel it necessary offer a plan of action to get things moving. xxx
Re: 6 week check tomorrow!!
I had wonky boobs also and it does drive you mad. It was months before mine settled fully.
Re: 6 week check tomorrow!!
mine are uneven still, just as i think they are coming together, they look wonky again.. they are softening nicely,
so your not alone hun

Re: 6 week check tomorrow!!
Thanks everyone, I feel alot better now knowing that it is to be expected. Just I intentionally hadn't thought much about them for 3 weeks or so and was worried like crazy when I took a pic tonight. lol
**Cookie**
The one which has dropped is still in my armpit lol I'm so glad you mentioned that as thought it was just weired.
I can't complain though, I've had an easy recovery, no problems with anything and now I will try to be patient.
I'm also nervous about tomorrow as they must think I'm nuts given that I had a breakdown in the office at my 1 week check and was sobbing lol (even though I picked the size) Feel so silly.... and not very different about them LOL

Re: 6 week check tomorrow!!
Hi,
I had my check up this evening. The good thing is he says they are peferct (so I didn't question why one is higher than the other) lol andi hope with time they even up. I know six weeks is kinda early.
So I'm gutted as if you remember I am desperate for a re-op but my next appointment is not for another eight months which I am sooo upset about. I can totally see the logic but it's not what I wanted to hear. I feel like the last six weeks waiting for this appointment have been very long n can't help but think I'll be demented waiting another 8 months. I hate feeling like this as Nothing ever gets to me but this has got me good n proper. Will just need to try and get on with things. Mr kuna was so lovely that I feel awful but I was honest n said they are great, just not on me. Wish I loved them lol
so no more moaning from me as the experience itself has been great and now I'll do my very best to be patient. Thanks for all your kind words!! x
