Sport/support bra's
Hi everyone I've been doing gentle excersise and now ready to step it up a notch, I'm a grade 4 horse rider and wondering has anyone got any preferences on sports bra's to help with the bounce :)

The bra I used when running/ riding while an F cup because of breastfeeding was an Enell sports bra. You will look boyish in it, but NOTHIN moves!!

Re: Sport/support bra's
They aren't specific sizes so yoou order, from memory a )), 1 or 2 etc depending on a combo of your band and cup size.
Just had a quick lood at the bra on LessBounce and I would say a 0 would be best as they are quite tight and you had unders so the 0 fitting to a 32F might be the better option. It is the size I have and it fits and I am a 30G. I would have thought a 00 would be too tight for implanted ladies though fine for natural boobs. Just one final thing, if you find a 32 back tightish in a normal bra (see you used to wear a 34 back) then maybe a size 1 would be best? Maybe order both and send back one?
Congrats on the E's too!
