consultation when already have implants

Hi, I have a consultation at Transform with Mr Selvaggi on Saturday and I'm stressed at questions I need to ask. I want a re-op because I'm not happy with the size and profile. Spire eventualy e-mailed me what implants I had-wouldnt even see me without paying £150.00. Not going to proceed down legal route because I'm so sick of Spire. I have allergan natrelle textured round implants, 390cc moderate profile. My main question is if I wanted a higher profile the diameter of my implant now is 13.7cm, so do I have to have the same or similar diameter in a high profile? Also I feel my implants feel hard so any recemendations on implant type? Any other questions or advice you girls think I should be asking would be greatly received! I am so stressed about it all!!!!

I would think if you are happy with the width of your implants you should stick to something with that width in the higher profile. If you want a closer cleavage then I would go wider in width. Transform will probably offer you the allergan CUI as that is the standard implant they use, but it will cost extra to get a different allergan implant. I think most implants are slightly firmer than an actual breast, but if they are quite hard maybe you have low grade CC, I'm sure the PS can tell you on examining you. Are you going to be sticking to the round implants and under the muscle?
Just see what he reccomends and just ask why he feels this would be good for you.

Thanks for replying. I think the only thing I would imagine is definite is under the muscle as I dont have much breast tissue. I would like overs so maybe with having implants in I might have stretched abit and it could be an option.

What is it exactly you don't like about your boobs Red?

Are they too big?/small? Are wide?/narrow? are you not happy with them being under the muscle and if so why?

Mr Selvaggi is quite the perfectionist as you'll find from your consultation with him hun, just pick up the points of concern and address those key points with Mr S, I've found with Mr S that he does actually listen to what 'you' want and is prepared to work with you but not shy of telling you if he thinks you're wrong and will advise as he sees will be in your best interest. xxx

I think they are flat from the front and I looked like I had bigger boobs pre ba with my gel bra! Even though I am quite slim (size 10) I have got broad shoulders so they dont look in proportion. Transform did say he was a perectionist so I was relieved to hear that as thats where things went wrong first time round. Also I could have slight double-bubble so it will be a relief to have that looked at to.

Just be direct and explain the points you're unhappy with Red, write it all down so you don't forget anything and don't leave till you feel you've addressed every issue you want fixing. Mr S will happily go through everything with you, he's definately not the kind of surgeon to rush you out the door! He'll want to ensure he gets the best from the surgery for you and if you do decide to press on with Mr S he'll offer another consultation, take him up on this babe as leading up to your op as you know there are always another million and one questions you want to go through before the op. xxx
