New boobies...just like rocks
Hello everyone,
Well, as some of you may know I had my surgery on Monday. All went well and I decided on 330cc. I'm aware that there will be pain and discomfort but my boobs LOOK like torpedoes at the moment. Huge, pointy and FAKE. Everything I didn't want. I've gone from one extreme to the other as yesterday I was pleased with them but I've woken this morning they seem to be blooming GROWING. I'm aware that swelling is normal but can anyone help me and tell me how long will they look like this..... :pale: I think the pain just adds to it all.
Sorry, don't want to be negative, just shocked at the size and shape of new boobies today...xxxx

What you're experiencing hunni is absolutely normal
It's hard for us to say how long your boobs will be sat high and swollen, they could settle after a week, they could take a few weeks, everyone heals at different rates hun, but one thing is for sure... what you're seeing now, is NOT what you will end up with hun, they will drop, the swelling will subside and your boobs will take on a much more natural look than they do now.

The thread was very helpful, thank you. I think I've already mastered the 'bum shuffle' and the post op blues have definitely kicked in. I couldn't stop crying yesterday..BF doesn't understand why I'm upset. Umm, hello... drugs, emotions, pain, discomfort, uncertainty. He simply thinks I should be happy. LIKE HIM. LOL. xx

I'm still at the FRANKINBOOBIE stage (not liking mine at all) & suffering with boobie greed, which I didn't think I would have!! I am glad that I didn't get post op blues.
Patience is totally a virtue when it comes to post-op healing
I am keeping my fingers crossed for this little fluffing fairy I have heard so much about

Cookie wrote a piece on fluffing, you can find it [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I heard that fluffing is mostly for unders because it has something to do with the muscle relaxing, not totally sure.
