6 wk check up Empty 6 wk check up

Post by my year 1st July 2010, 7:13 pm

hi all, i had my check up today i will be 6 weeks on sunday, i was told all looks well and i can resume everything except i can't wear underwired bras until i am 6 months post op. It seems very long. I bought two non wired from debenhams and they seem a bit granny looking although better then sports bras. Debenhams measured me as a 30e which i don't feel i look as big as. Although before my check up today i had bought the non wired on the way and a wired strapless bra, does that mean i can't wear anything with my strapless multiway bra, even for a night? I forgot to ask if i still need to wear my sports bra to bed aswell.

6 months seems a long time but its best to do what your surgeon advises, 6months is nothing compared to years worth of lovely jublies!

Thats the 2nd time I've heard 6 months with no underwire. Never mind hun, it's best to do what your surgeon says I'm afraid. It will go quickly
