Confused over size!

Hello ladies 
I have my ba next thursday with My breast and I am still confused over size!
I am a 34B at the moment, a small 34B, and my surgeon has recommended 330 HP. This should give me 34D or 34DD but Im worried as I'm going under it will look too small and kinda defies the point of having them done!
I am debating whether to just get 360 instead?? However he also said they expand a little when going under so dont want to end up too huge. I know the implant may be massive but in clothes not so much.
Anyone else had these sizes in nagor implants??
Im about 9.5 stones and 5ft9

The Admin here - nads, had unders then had a re-op to overs with the same size implant, this made no difference whatsoever to her breast size, so unders or overs, you'll still achieve the same resulting size babe.
Initially after your op with unders your muscle will hold the implant in tight, but as the muscle relaxes, your breasts will expand as your surgeon said babe.
Not long to wait now!

That's a good idea hun, you'll also have some time on the day of your op to go through sizing again with your surgeon, so it may helpful to have a look for some pics of the look and size you're hoping for to take with you to show your surgeon if you're still undecided hunni, at least then he/she can actually see what you want and get a good idea of the size they'd need to achieve that if it's possible. xx
