345cc overs....what size did you end up?

Hello

As some of you may know from my post in the complications section on this site i'm having revision surgery to increase the gap between my implants to get a more natural look and at the same time having minor pocket revision to correct a slight rippling problem i've got on my left boob. I was wondering if anyone has had 345 HP and, if so, what bra size this made them? I've currently got 375 MP and my surgeon said that i shouldn't seen much change in size after the revision because i'm going from MP to HP, they just won't be as wide which is exactly what i'm after because i'm quite small framed. I wouldn't even mind dropping a cup size (i'm currently a 32DD) but to hear from real life examples would be great! I was a 32B before my first augmentation.

I would think as they are going to project more with high profiles and lose some of the width you would probably stay the same size. I had a bigger implant so no help on the sizes, but cookie has recently changed her implants will prob be along to better advise of her experience in going down implant sizes.

Hi Colleen.

I reduced from 460cc MHP overs to 410cc MHP overs, what your surgeon says just about sums up what happened with my appearance after the change.

I haven't seen any change in projection, but what is most noticeable is the width, this has made such a positive difference to my body shape and they now seem to 'fit' my frame so much better than the wider implant, as like you I too am small framed and I also like the larger gap I have now too, it looks much more natural than before.

Sounds like your surgeon knows his stuff hun, I'm sure you'll be very happy with the results. xxxx

Thank you so much cookie! This just reinforces what I thought and what we discussed today and puts my mind at rest even more! I will definitely be going ahead with the re op and hope I get great results like you! :) x

I had close to you at 350cc and I was a 36B pre op. I'm now a 36D/DD
