I've also heard that zinc promotes healing and arnica is meant to be really good to reduce bruising. However, my PS hasn't recommended I take anything and I bruise really easily too because of my blood condition.

Have your surgeons actually recommended these for you girls?

I've already started slapping the bio oil on already as I'm scared of getting stretch marks!

Best get your shovel out nursesophie !!! Hopefully it will have cleared a little by then hunny.
My ps didn't really recommend anything lynnie. I just said anything I should or shouldn't be doing in the 2 weeks before and he just said carry on as normal....which is why I wonder about all this don't take this and that business. He then said about the arnica if I wanted to try it as some women find it helpful - and that was that xx

Hi girls - am back from pre op, had my blood taken and swabs done etc. Have been told they will see on the day how I am in regard to my cold and that it will be the anaesthetists decision. Should be ok if haven't got a cough, so have also been told to now not cut my smoking down anymore....maybe a helpful note for Emma ?
Lol....can you imagine being there on the day and them deciding not to do it.....eeek xx

God, wouldn't that be awful if they did say they weren't going ahead on the day! I'm sure you'll be fine hun. I'm getting a bit worried as both my kids have heavy colds and I'm praying I don't get it!

What were the swabs for Cally? I've not had to have anything like that. I had a blood test and have a second one Tuesday morning. I've then got to have a consultation with my PS that evening so she can discuss the implications Shocked

whatever than means! It's so annoying because I have to drive 60 miles to the hospital for 9.30am then home and then back to the hospital at 6.30pm and home again Rolling Eyes

Ive got everything crossed for you cally!!

Really cant believe i've basically got 2days to go!!! Unreal, its come so quickly!! Im not even really nervous anymore, its all quite surreal to be honest! Just want it over with now! I think my friends & mum are more excited than I am now. Is that weird!? lol

Sorry to confuse you hun. Allergan Inspiras are the best ones from Allergan and probably what you're having. I was just asking if they were the full ones rather than the extra full ones (the catalogue says full instead of high but it means the same!) because I thinking I'm having extra full and wondered if anyone else was?

I've gotta get to the hospital for 7.10am and it's 60 miles away! Could've done with a 1.30pm start myself.

Wow a week tomorrow then and you'll be getting really nervous and excited yahoo

i was feeling v stressed! lol

Cant believe im almost there! Mum joked this morning that she's going 2 write 'Dear Mr Khan, Please dont go too big!' on my tummy to give him a laugh! Ill kill her lol!! Everyone has also kindly christened my boobies to be as my 'Easter Eggs' seeing ill be getting them on easter sun! So maybe I should call Mr Khan the easter bunny! hahah!! xx

Sophie I can't believe the time!!!! You are nearly ready to go girl!!

How are you feeling?? I think i am fine but have noticed my face looks a bit strained and i keep snapping at people so I guess deep down i am getting scared!!

I cant believe its almost here! Ive been fine all day, tidyed my room, packed a bit of my bag, went out 4 dinner & a movie with a friend. Not even worried! Until i got into bed tnite, and now im bloody bricking it! lol! Thank god im working all day tmro to keep my mind off it!!

Zoe, I know what u mean about bein snappy, im exactly the same. So easily irritated at the min, plus ive my period! Nighmare! I shall text u tmro at some stage too!!!

Hello girls,
Im back with my new boobies. Who says cc's dont make a difference, he was going to put 360cc hp in but felt they where not quite wide enough so put in 365cc hp, just 5cc difference but he feels they look perfect now.
Am going to post my story on the boards.
Im ok, in a bit of pain and feel sick which i think is the antibiotics.
